Dr. Kris has taken care of all of our dogs for years. She is helpful, compassionate, and you can tell she truly cares for each animal that comes into her office. Her staff are friendly and helpful. The office is clean and organized.

My family has used the Oak Ridge Veterinary Hospital in Oak Ridge, TN for a long time.
Yesterday (6/10/24), I had to take our 13 year old cat (DiNozzo) in for an exam. He had multiple, for him, unusual symptoms.
Long story short, after an overnight stay and tests, it was determined that he had liver cancer.
His cancer was advanced enough that euthanasia was planned, but unnecessary as died without assistance.
I have nothing, but the greatest respect for Dr. Rick Hinson and all of the staff there.
They were all kind, compassionate, attentive and every other accolade you could use to describe them.
Their service made this loss of a great companion much easier to bear.

I have never, ever been in the presence of veterinarian hospital staff that care just as much as these people do. From top to bottom, they only want what’s best for your pet and will do whatever they can to make it happen. I am so so thankful that I have this hospital to rely on when my dogs aren’t feeling well. This office will have my business as long as I am an Oak Ridge resident. From the bottom of my heart: thank you. Love - Taylor, Noodle, and Biscuit.

Dr. Kris and staff have been outstanding caring for our Boxer's eye. I highly recommend Dr Kris if you have any doggie eye issues. ?

For 36 years, the staff has taken care of three dogs for me from puppy hood to passing. They are a caring group of animal and people lovers. Issac has always been there to listen and advise. I can heartily recommend this animal hospital.

Dr Rick is great. He cares very much for my dogs and always explains in detail, answering all my questions, about what's ailing my dogs. We've been using this veterinary clinic since 2012, lost a few dogs to age or illness, and the people here are so compassionate and knowledgeable.

After 23 years my feline companion let me know it was time. The staff took the right tone without gushing or what have you. (Trust that I did enough of that for everyone). A good explanation of what to expect and sympathy without the fakeness that is often so prevalent. I think I appreciate that the most. I will forever miss the companion who has been through everything with me over the course of those 23 years yet I commend the staff for making those last few moments as comforting as possible for both of us.
