They were here on time got the job done on time even with all the obstacles our property threw at them. David and Justin were so very nice and professional and did a wonderful job couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you David and Justin.

Our gas was disconnected while we were at work, naturally right? My daughter in law and 4 grand babies where home the entire day but wa there a door bell rang or knock at any door, of course not. We called once we got home to the door hanger as was told we owed $67 and to reconnect it would cost $343.61 for the bill plus reconnect plus a deposit. Here’s the kicker…. 5 days before they showed up we received a bill in the amount of $133.40 with a due date of 1/4/2024. We have 4 grandkids living here and it’s December not to mention 5 days before Christmas. Ver shady over there and very, very wrong for doing any person this way. Now we are out our Christmas funds and other bills that are actually due unlike this one. Think again before going gas.

Natural gas and natural gas accessories. The people are fine and welcoming. I find my natural gas bill to be quite competitive with other places I have lived.

When we called ORUD for a quick check on our gas line to the house they were very gracious, prompt and professional.

When I called these people accidently .they answered the phone nice and respectfully. please people if you live in Oak ridge area please treat the workers nice if they are working on the lines please tell them thank you for everything they do

The worst utility service I have ever dealt with in my life. This is a perfect example of why monopolies should never exist. They wouldn't be in business if they had any competition.

The new software update has a bunch of glitches and they are asking for double payments.I keep getting voicemails / emails saying to pay my bill even after I paid it on the website.Also automatic payments do not seem to work…Would recommend a review of their work processes & software.

Leaking meter they installed is apparently my fault even though it wasn’t leaking before hand. Also they have charged me extra because supposedly readers can’t reach meter due to dogs. My dogs can’t come within 30 feet or more of meter. They don’t care if something falls on them they want you to pay for their mistakes. Not quick to respond either.
