So I went in with a charge off status and I thought I would trade in my 2017 ram for another vehicle instead I got to keep the ram and walked away with a new vehicle to help boost my credit and they worked out the numbers to stay with in my budget.

Friendly and very helpful. George Santiago was one of the coolest sales rep I’ve ever encountered not pushy at all.
Facility
Very clean for being remodeled.

They are putting used cars on the lot at double the price they are actually paying for them. Know for a fact... Make sure before you leave the lot after buying a new car you have everything such as keys,owners manual and all associated paperwork because once you drive away that's it they don't know who you are anymore

I had the pleasure of working with sales rep "Turbo". He did a fantastic job working with what I was able to put down and a great conversationalist. I am a repeat customer of Nissan Oak Ridge and have left happy both times. If you need a car I would highly recommend going to Oak Ridge Nissan and speak with Turbo. Just bought my very first vehicle at Oakridge Nissan J Mack, moose and Brandon were absolutely fabulous. They were truthful, honest and easy to work with. I had apprehension at first, but this is the most helpful. If you're shopping for vehicle start here first
