We dropped our car off it took them 2 weeks to finally tell us how much parts were. I paid for the parts and it was two to three more weeks and they still had not touched the car. Meanwhile there phone number was disconnected. No one was ever at the shop. Finally we took our extra key and went to get the car since it had been over a month and all we needed was a master cylinder for the brakes. We called and there again we are out of town. She called someone to meet us and we got the car took it to Chicks and he had it done in a few days. June 7th I started asking for my refund of the parts and now today is July 21st and I am still getting jerked around about my money.

Had to have my camshaft and lifters replaced RJ the owner helped me Tons saved me money and got the job done correct ! 10/10 recommend

Called with problem starting my car. A service technician came to my house and got the car started, drove to the shop where the problem was fully diagnosed. A part was ordered and installed. Problem solved. Very reasonable charge for the service. I would contact them again.Service: Battery

Very nice people! I had a coworker who's truck broke down late in the evening and just happened to run into one of the employees, William, at a gas station while he was stranded. Although he was with his son, he helped tow our truck and get our employee to a local hotel while he was on his own family time. We ended up not needing the work done but William and Oak Ridge Automotive went above and beyond to help us get out of a bind when we needed it the most! It means a lot when someone is willing to take time to help someone when they are in need.
