Usually the service I receive is exemplary, but I sent something important to my son in FL and the service was horrible, more expensive than usual and I will have to really think about if I will use Fed Ex again. The staff person was rude and she could not wait for me to leave!

I understand there is certain rules and regulations that the business has to go by when shipping items. But the attitude and snobbiness is unnecessary. Helped my mom bring something that was told she couldn't ship which again is fine but they acted like it was just disgusting that we brought it in. I hope they atleast learn how to talk to people. Definitely a much friendlier way to say "no".

It's better to do your mailing/shipping here if you need personal assistance. They do the same operation as the post office and someone is always there! Went to the post office today and they're supposed to open at 8:30am and no one was there even at 9am!

This place is the bee's knees!! It's the reason I'm able to crosspost my listings on Mercari, Poshmark, etc. Because some of those sites use all different mail carriers, and it would be really inconvenient to have to go to each individual place to drop off packages. Here, you can bring USPS, FedEx, and UPS all at once! Even if you don't have a way to print your own shipping labels, they will do it for you(for a small fee). They also have good hours. And the people that work here are super nice and helpful!

I just recently found out my online order deliveries have been left before/after hours outside the front door on the public sidewalk for the last 1 1/2 years very early in the mornings, on Sundays/holidays when the business is closed and just prior to the store being opened. Unbelievable and amazing nothing was stolen! I pay monthly for the "service" of secure delivery of packages at this business. I had to initiate communication with the delivery company myself to get the situation rectified. If it was the employees/owners deliveries being left outside I'm sure they would have initiated communication with the delivery company and gotten the situation rectified immediately! I found out from the extremely busy delivery company drivers that the employees/owners won't accept a delivery as they are entering to open for the day and are expecting the delivery drivers to either wait or come back. If it was the employees/owners packages being delivered I'm sure they would have accepted them immediately and gratefully. Unbelievable! The employees/owners will not assist getting any packages to your car if you're injured using walking aids and unable to. Instead, they point to a huge cart you can use to try and get out the front door loaded with boxes and back inside, while they're standing behind the counter surfing the web or texting on their phones or chatting with each other - all women employees/owners. Unbelievable! Because I couldn't use the cart with my injury and walking aid, I opened the boxes in the lobby and carried each item out one at a time, then I had to carry all of the flattened boxes out. This was the absolute last straw! I left and went down to the UPS Store and opened up a mailbox there, then returned to the mail center to return their key and inform them I was done using their "services". I contacted the delivery company that has had difficulties with these women to let them know I'm accepting deliveries at a new location. They were very relieved to hear it! This should NEVER have happened under any circumstances!
