I was running some errands getting ready for a 12 hour road trip and my car started making a strange noise. I called M & W to see if they could possibly check it out. They got me in right away and determined and fixed the issue, then checked the car over to make sure it was safe to drive. Amazing people here!

People say you’re fortunate if you find a good plumber, a good doctor and a good car mechanic and for me I have found 2 out of the 3 ( mechanic and doctor). Mike and Wanda exemplify what every business should strive for, integrity and good work at a fair price. They do both and do them well. Mike, Wanda and their mechanics are true masters of their craft. Give them a try!

The good book says “he that finds a wife finds a good thing”
I would add that a close second to that truth might be “he that finds a good mechanic finds a good thing!”
Mike and wife run a trustworthy auto repair place where you can be assured you’re not going to get taken advantage of and they fix only what needs fixing and it stays fixed!
The only auto place in Knoxville that has my full trust, respect, and business is M&W!

They fixed my water pump quoted me a price without having to bring my vehicle in and said they'd have it done that day. They did very promptly and for the exact price I was told without seeing my vehicle I will be using them for all my repairs in the future. Absolutely a family business and honest truly grateful to Mike and his wife

Overall nice people. Seemed like they would be good to work with regarding vehicle repairs. I know they were kind and helpful with me. The shop is separate from the office.

Drove up from Florida for a crew regatta on Melton Lake. Once I arrived I realized there was a roofing nail in my tire. M&W were super busy but dropped everything to help this out-of-towner. My tire was repaired in 30 minutes which is faster than I have had a repair done ever at home. Thank you thank you thank you M&W!
