I forgot to leave a review but remembering I needed my hair cut reminded me how bad my experience was at this jc penny and I have pictures of how I left, its bad lol and then there were no stylists to fix it. I swear the girl who did my hair was still in cosmetology school..This has been awhile but it was still so bad and such an awful experience. I hope they have better people now! You would think they would have reached out and offered to make up for the awful experience if so.

Let me start out by saying I have been to so many different salons my whole life and I have not once ever experienced such a friendly staff and very professional to. I have very long hair and it's really thick to so I have had some bad experiences with people not only messing up my hair but also being rude that they had to do my hair. You will not find that in this salon Maria the manger is amazing and so sweet! Angela is also amazing and very sweet. She took her time and straightened all my hair and it turned out beautiful. You will not regret booking your next appointment with either of these ladies.

I tried to book online and the app didn’t work for the Oak Ridge Salon. Then I tried to call and the phone rang and rang about 10 times then went to voicemail with a message that said the voicemail is full. How does someone even get an appointment? The online appos work for the Turkey Creek salon but not for Oak Ridge. It’s like this entire city has been blocked from the 21st century. Moving here from Atlanta has been like stepping back in time to my childhood, but not in a good way

Got my hair cut here last week and after i cried for hours, ive never cried because of a haircut. I asked the lady for a TRIM and that i was growing my hair out. She cut my hair sooo short. And she made it super choppy. I had to go back home and fix it my damn self. I will never go back here ever. This was the worst haircut of my life.

no one works inside . you can not get help with buying jeans they want you to order online and who cares about having to return to get fitting clothing... And even though you return the clothing they don't want to help you with what they do have

The receptionist was really rude to me. I had a great attitude when I came in but then she told me that I couldn't get what I wanted. I understand that... she was trying to help but there's a difference in trying to help and just bragging about what you have and I don't. I wanted to feel prettier when I came out of that salon but shade feel humiliated and worthless. I tried calling her supervisor but no answer... guess I just have to let it go but they don't have my service from now on.
