We have a difficult dog, our fault, and everyone here is more than patient and they forgive our faults. Always a great experience and understanding. We couldn't ask for a better place to take care of our little man.

Everyone at Jackson Square Animal Clinic is so kind and patient with our dogs. Our dogs are happy to be there. This has not been the case with other vet offices.

The lady that answered the phone was rude. I was trying to find antibiotic eye drops for an injured bird and she sounded like she couldn't care less. Don't recommend this place.
Update: There are OTC antibiotic eye drops and ointments available that do not require an expensive vet visit and can be given to your animals without an RX. Terramycin is one example.
Your staff member was rude and was not "eager to help" and no help was provided by her or anyone at your business. In fact, I had to go elsewhere to get the required medicine for my animal.
It seems you all only care about making money from vet visits rather than providing care to animals in need as you absolutely could have sold me some OTC antibiotic ointment or at the very least recommended a brand/product or place to go if you refused to see or provide care to my animal, but you didn't.
Again I do not recommend this clinic as they did not care at all about helping one of my animals in need.

We were really happy with our visit to this vet clinic for our kittens first appointment. The staff were kind and courteous and scheduling was easy.

There's a heart warming welcome and comfort to Pers & partners! They are fully equipped from radiology to lab work - including Rx's . They have gone out of their way to accommodate appt times and RX pickups! Very very pleased that this is who's taking care of cat❤️?❤️?Except, after years of care they NEVER ever took Abby’s blood pressure- she went blind! Was told we could just go to UT Vet without a referral - (we know better) go anywhere but here!!! Seriously thought of filing a complaint with state Veterinary boards.

I recently found Jackson Animal Clinic when I was in a pinch and could not be more happy to have found them. They are prompt and timely in their appointments, the vet and vet techs are extremely knowledgeable, the staff is courteous and kind, and it always smells pleasant inside. I highly recommend Jackson Square Animal Clinic!

I just went in to get a quote on prices to compare with other vets in the area of Oak Ridge and get recommendations on what my new puppy would need to be safe and healthy.
They were able to get my puppy Rosa safely vaccinated within less than THREE ? days which I am so grateful for because we travel often and distemper isn’t something to joke about as we visit high exposure areas like dog parks often.
The price was very friendly. The receptionist even printed out the quote of all the things puppies need to be healthy before my appointment.
It’s been a while since I had a puppy, and I’m not a veterinarian— so I appreciated this clear information so, so much!
The vet visit was nice, quick, and painless. The vet Emma R. Ellis, DVM and her assistant gave my puppy spray cheese to lick and pet her while they administered her shots. She didn’t even notice the shots, and she was happy about it! They were so professional and down to earth! Thank you to them, and I recommend!
Also, they have a cool and adorable outside bench setup under an awning where dogs that are not comfy inside in sterile and noisy environments can sit outside if necessary with all the smells of nature
