This is my third time using free service tire for maintenance or repairs. Compared to other shops this place blows out of the water. With the shop there’s no BS run- around; they are straightforward, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Thank you, James and team for all the hard work you do for us, this will definitely be our official-to-go shop..

HONEST hardworking mechanics, sent me to another shop when they could not diagnose my truck and did not charge me for the diagnostic they had run did all of my truck tires and less than 20 to 30 minutes and even fix the tires on my motorcycle. Ten out of five stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was in Oak Ridge for a Doctors appointment. I ran over a curb and got a flat tire. The staff at this location was very nice & helpful. I highly recommend this location for anyone that needs this type of services. I would definitely use this location again. The manager was nice and helpful. A+++ in my book.

Went in to get a complete brake job done, not only was the customer service fantastic but they got the job done in a good amount of time. It was much cheaper than i expected, too. James and the woman (I should have asked her name) were very friendly and I definitely recommend this shop.

The whole team there is amazing, prices were a lil high but I definitely got wonderful service and will go back there for any of my cars needs, even simple oil changes. As a woman they didn't try to take advantage of me and they spelled everything out for me so I could understand it. Oh! And for what I had to have done, I shopped around and they have the best rates and their mechanic got it done faster. Others told me 3 days. These people had me done in 5 hours. Thanks Robby & James!

Came in to get a leak in my tire repaired; ended up having all 4 tires replaced. The guys at this place are great; James explained the situation to me in easy to understand terms and made his recommendations accordingly. He valued my time and had me come back later in the afternoon for the repair so I wasn't sitting around their lobby for hours, AND found a rebate for me for the tires I was purchasing. I even ended up having them go ahead and replace my cabin air filters while I was there. This team is honest, friendly, and you can tell they really care about the work they do and making sure you are happy with what they've done. Will be going back here regularly for my oil changes and any other things that I may need!
