My son had an appointment for an oil change yesterday morning at 9:00. He waited for TWO HOURS before they even got his car in the bay. They didn't say a word to him while he was sitting in the waiting area. After that, they told him he needed a cabin filter and air filter as well so he said to do it. The visit cost him $300. I've been coming here for years. NEVER AGAIN.

Summary—It took over 3 hours to replace four tires on my F350, and they tried to charge $400 more than the quoted price.The staff was very friendly, which is the only good thing I can say about this store. I had an 8 a.m. appointment to replace four tires on my truck. They did not finish changing my tires and allow me to leave until 11:20 a.m. because they only had two techs working, and I guess they would stop working on my truck to work on other vehicles as they came in (I did tell them I had other appointments and needed to leave no later than 10 a.m.). I cannot tell you how many people came in after me and left before me, including someone who had missed their 7 a.m. appointment. What is the point of offering appointments if you are not going to honor them?When I finally was able to leave, they tried to charge me $400 over the price quoted when I booked the appointment online. When I questioned this, they said I chose the wrong tire size because I have a similar size on my Jeep and I don't know, maybe they thought I was confused. I used the websites "Tire by Vehicle" Search to select the tires for the F350. Even if that had been the case, and I got "confused", my Jeep tires are not just similar; they are exactly the same brand/size/everything (both vehicles have LT275/70R18). Even if I did pick the ones on my Jeep, they are identical. Where did the extra $400 come from? They price-matched the tires and took off $200. Magically, the other $200 then dropped, and it was the original cost of $1250 that I was quoted. They could not explain where that extra $200 overage went.It's concerning to think about how many people they might have overcharged because those customers didn't feel comfortable enough or didn't know enough to question them. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

Firestone was able to perform the service I needed at a reasonable price and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also, Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to provide me with useful information regarding the future purchase of tires.

My wife took our SUV there yesterday. With an appointment they had her almost 5 hours and 2 technicians later just to complete a wheel alignment. Our steering was as straight as could be when it went in the shop. Once they finished after almost 5 hours with our vehicle my wife has to hold the steering wheel with two hands to keep it straight bc of how hard it is now pulling to the left! They said its due to a ball joint. So once my wife gets back home I take a look at the ball joint and what 8s found but a cv axle boot freshly busted with fresh grease slung out all around the cv axle from the cv axle boot having been just damaged!.. so I call them and tell them about it and what is their response?.. they say to me that they definitely didn't notice cv axle grease slung everywhere while they had it on the jack and that it must have been damaged "somehow" during the 15-20 mile drive home AFTER it was released by then from their shop! I mentioned to 2 different people that my suv was going to Eddie hair for its alignment previous to the appointment yesterday and both of those people said "better me than them" and I just thought to myself "well they've done me right" well, now I can say it only took my 2nd visit to them for them to cost me SEVERAL hundreds of dollars that I'm now looking at having to spend to repair my vehicle, and even more importantly, my wife now has to miss our sons very first little league football scrimmage! That can never be "made up"!. No amount of money can fix missing that! Eddie Hair firestone literally traumatized my wife yesterday with their "repairs" and I hope anyone that considers this place thinks twice and if they do choose to go their take a million pictures just before they initiate their "work" of your vehicle because the mgr roger will say that they "didn't do it" when it comes to all your newfound damages!

If they answer there phone and put you on hold. That’s normal when you make and appointment don’t expect them to get your car in on time Work was done correctly but a simple repair is going to be several hours more then expected
