Changing my rating. Went there on my BIRTHDAY to talk to them about ordering an under the counter ice maker. Had it set on my phone (not saved). Had already looked through the site and it said would have to order in the store. Was pushed off to a second guy. He looks at what is in store and says this is it and just looks at us. I show him my phone, and he says we don't carry that, but if you go to change locations it will show you who carry it in store. Then he reaches over to MY phone...without asking...and clicks on it himself! Good thing my husband had my phone just then. I was furious! Then he scrolls the screen and says that it is showing we would have to go to one of those stores to order it! HELLO!!! Where was we? Then he walks off to go help younger people with sound systems and Yeti coolers. I will N E V E R walk into the store again. Happy birthday to me, and no ice maker also. We had good help the first time. But this time...what a shame. Good thing I don't know their names. But it would be nice to see people who work there look like they work there. You can have long hair but keep it combed or pulled back, and dress like you didn't walk in to buy something. And the invasive dude...straighten your clothes and loose the attitude. Really?! I don't appreciate being treated like that and you wouldn't either. Difference is I didn't cause a scene. I should have. Should have asked for the manager. Go anywhere but there if you want help.

Drove to the store to purchase an item that their website said was "In Stock." When I arrived I found out that "In Stock" meant they only had a display model and that their actual inventory was on an 8 week backorder. Employees were helpful and apologetic about the situation, but whoever is in charge of their website/inventory management needs to have their work reviewed thoroughly.

Been trying to call this place for 2 days even got on the chat Bubble, chat bubble says they can't help me secure my purchase, I have to call the store directly, but every time I call the store it rings several times and the message says sorry the mailbox is full. I literally called this place for 30 minutes off and on and got the very same message I even went back to the chat bubble and asked them to see if they could call the store for me no response. Don't think I want to do business with a company that can't take my call when I'm trying to buy something what would it be like if I have a problem. Best Buy here I come!

Usually when I go in a store I can’t find any staff to help me , and when I finally do they don’t know anything. Total opposite here. Had a pleasant and helpful young man named Jackson help me pick out a new speaker. Would definitely come back for any electronics needs.

Only one of two places that carried the appliance I wanted and a few dollars cheaper. Had to order but wait was only a couple of days. The only problem was the pushy sales guy. Didn't offer much conversation or knowledge, just wanted to know if he could have it ready for us. I ask if he worked on commission and he stated that he did. It explained his main concern. Sales associates should be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They need to remember that commission is a reward for that part of service. It makes all of the difference in the customer's experience.

Found a refrigerator online that was on sale they matched the price in the store to the price on their very own website. We paid for it and was told it would be ordered and ready for pick up in 6 to 8 weeks. The next day they call us to tell us they will not honor the price they sold us the refrigerator for. Don't waste your time here. We will definitely not be back.

So my daughter decided to buy a laptop for college and immediately we were greeted by a man who was smoking outside right in front of the door. He said that he can help us but then he kept trying to push us for these more expensive models where as she's buying the computer herself and already got a college loan and she couldn't afford anything over $300. So we looked at some cheaper models and the guy told us that they were all terrible, but then there was one cheap model that wasn't even set up yet and we read reviews online which said that this computer was good. We take the computer home and hook it up, then it wouldn't load anything even including the start menu. This computer was really defective. We figured a $200 computer would be enough for her to take notes and browse web pages but this computer did none of that right off the bat. Don't get me wrong, they have some really cool stuff in there and the prices aren't terrible. It's really like a "bro" club when you walk in there and most of the men are just hanging out being Bros. It actually feels quite intimidating. Our salesmen seemed like he was trying to make us feel stupid. So if you want to buy from Electronics Express you probably would be better off going online then going into the store.

Jacob and his staff were very helpful and friendly. The were honest and did not try to up-sell. I definitely will be going back for future purchases.

First of all this place is such a rip off they tell you if you purchase the extended warranty and don't use it you get half back you don't and do not use that acceptance now they off that is a huge rip off my son purchase a 1200 washer and dryer and made 5 pmts of 250 and then was going to pay it off and they told him it was 1700 to pay it off they don't tell you that is rent a center it's all a racket never again I'll stick to lowes or best buy or home depot

It started out with the employee telling me it was “in stock” and failing to tell me he meant “in stock” at a warehouse somewhere and not the store I was in. Next, I was charged an incorrect price because “it’s not in our store yet”. Then, I didn’t receive the item on time and attempted to cancel the purchase since no availability could be estimated. “Try calling back tomorrow” was the best answer I received. The employee told me she couldn’t cancel it, the manager told me I had to drive an hour (one way) to cancel it in store and stated “that’s tough” when I told him it was a one hour drive, and their “in store purchase” chat on the corporate page stated “we’ve been trying to work with our IT for months to get rid of that link. This service is for online purchases only.”My credit card company is now in charge of the dispute. I will never shop here again and I now know why they have a two star rating on yelp

We have been long term customers of electronic express, but this last experience ensured we will never use their services again.We ordered a washer and dryer, paid $110 for delivery and installation. The dryer came completely crushed on the top, the delivery men wouldn’t even try to install it. The washer was dented outwardly, and the drum was damaged. We called the store and the assistant manager answered. He was uncaring that it arrived damaged, the only solution he had was to come up in a few days and reschedule a delivery in another week. When I asked for a manager he told me me I couldn’t speak to anyone. He was very rude. You can’t get ahold of anyone at corporate and they will not start process a refund for at least 24 hours after it’s received back at the warehouse in Nashville.If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend you search elsewhere!

We went to Electronic Express to look and hear some stereo equipment for our home. The sales person wasn't helpful. We wanted to hear a system, but he just said it isn't hooked up. I've never been to buy stereo equipment that I couldn't at least hear how it sounds. Looked like they had what I wanted, but I guess they were too lazy to let me hear it. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there.
