HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE spent 190 dollars on two car radios, one was supposed to be new but was missing brackets and trim and the other was a floor model but was damaged when returned them I was refunded $77.32DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL BE ROBBED

We were intent on finding a range we could take home on the same day. After 6 attempts at major appliance centers we arrived at Electronic Express and I have to say Zachery and the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. They had the exact range in stock even though it wasn't currently on display! And furnished the new power cord as well. Kudo's to the entire staff!

Just in and out...but grabbed a young man then had to described what I needed. He walked straight over to area. I reached for one $65 but then he suggested the one below it for $35 and just as good!I will be back

These guys were awesome I went in there looking for a portable printer and they didn't have one but the guys that work there were nice enough to get online and look them up for me even at other stores so that I wouldn't have to waste a trip into another city to try to find one they were amazing thank you guys so much!

I was grateful they had the part I needed. When I arrived, we had to flag someone down for assistance. They were huddled at the front registers apparently trying to get warm. He didn't seem at all thrilled to have to deal with us.

The finance person was really nice. They were low on stock after Christmas so I’m not penalizing them with 3 stars for that reason. The main reason I feel like the store deserves 3 stars is because we were in there for over an hour looking at laptops and it wasn’t until 45 minutes in did anyone ask if we needed assistance. There were multiple salesmen standing around the checkout counter and talking. At some point, I even noticed some look up at us and then go back to talking. It took one individual that come in from outside and ask if we needed help, finally. Nice store, other than that.

The staff at Electronics Express in Oak Ridge were very courteous & supportive in helping me decide on the TV I chose to purchase..
