Hands down the best place to work with. They will tell you what's needed, fair pricing, and a great oil change. I think they have the best deals on tires out there! Try them 1st ok! (NOT the chain groups) Ask for Tyler! He is super knowledgeable!

ZERO stars PERIOD!!!! Tell my wife there is a law about plugging tires. Oh wait NO THERE ISN'T!!!!!!! DOT only says bald tires cannot be plugged not can a SIDE WALL!!!! THATS A FACT!!!! ASE master tech knows what the law says oh wait 35 years certified so now what??? Idiots are just that IDIOTS!!!! That old man needs to LEARN what the LAW is!!!!!!

Absolutely stellar service! I was informed throughout the entire process of what my vehicle was going through and what was needed. At no point was I pressured to add any additional services. These guys are honest and dedicated to providing you with great service. Highly recommend!

Everybody was so courteous and nice. Very helpful. Especially Tyler, Jacob and Conrad. Gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on and picked me up when finished. Conrad even cleaned my car out. So far so go on the work done on my car. They were very knowledgeable. Thank you Countryside!!!

Couldn't ask for a more professional group than these guys,kept me updated on what needed to be done to my car,did the timing chain,runs better than when I first bought it.
Gave me a great warranty, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Always get my oil changed here. Jeffery is the best as are all the workers there. Great you like family. Got 4 new tires and had to get 2 front struts. Took a bit longer than I had planned but all turned out great. Like a brand new car.

I’ve been here several times for various services and have always felt satisfied with the work that was done. They communicate well and offer updates about timing, cost, etc in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!

So I went in for a tire and an alignment, was told it could be done in an hour. 45 minutes after I get there they proceed to tell me they couldn't do the alignment due to bad tie rod ends, also the axle boot was busted. After quoting me $500+ in repairs I informed them that I didn't have that kind of money at the time. Then they tell me that 3 studs on my hub need replacing and it's a safety concern and they can't let me leave in the vehicle like it is. They quoted me another $300 for that repair. I told them I wasn't able to pay that either but I would make calls to see what could be done. Apparently while I was outside making calls the technician was taking my hub apart because when I came back in to inform them I was having the vehicle towed, he was working on it and was frustrated at the fact I was having it towed. Keep in mind before I ever came in I informed them that I had to be at work at 11 and they said the repairs would be done by then. So now it's 11 and I'm having to call a tow company to have my vehicle towed. I waited there two more hours for the tow company to get there, and my husband stops to check on me and of course he's frustrated also. Next thing I know Tyler comes out with my keys and says I can take it. So now I have to cancel the tow truck. Luckily I went to check the tire before I left because they were going to let me drive it with only 2/5 lug nuts on it, I had an extra lug nut in my car so I put it on with my 4 way myself. On the way home one of the studs that they didn't put the lug nut back on broke. Tyler and Jake were very nice and professional but other than that there's not much good I can say about this shop.

I was recommended to this auto shop by a friend and they truly exceeded my expectations! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with my car and fixed it perfectly. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a reliable and professional auto repair shop.
