I stopped in yesterday as I had seen a loveseat with console at another store. I was advised Oak Ridge was the only store who had it in stocks. I called to inquire as an assistant said she would hold 1 for me to pickup on Wed. Amber was ready to assist in getting it from stock. While there,I saw an Ashley couch that was perfect. Adding the EXTRA20 discount was a fabulous price! Another tall slim girl with dark hair helped load both pieces in our truck. These girls were AMAZING! Kind,helpful, friendly and professional is an understatement! I was so impressed by both and the store looked fabulous! Beautiful layout, clean and very organized. My new furniture looks great in our living room! I'll travel the distance again. Thank you both for all your hard work and dedication to assure customer satisfaction ?!

Never purchase anything from this location that has to be ordered. This location will put the order on a price hold and when you have it cancelled and get a refund, they charge a fee just to cancel the order. No other location said it should've been placed on a price hold. This location is a joke and the manager, Karina, is rude and obnoxious. Never will step foot back in this location.

I cannot put into words how highly I would recommend this location. I ordered a bed frame&mattress online from them,but when I called to see if it was ready for pick up the girl on the phone said she couldn't find it in the system&that they actually didnt even have the mattress i ordered&that my order probably got kicked to another store??After much stress&calling every Big Lots in the surrounding counties to see if they had received my order a random number called me&it was a man named James who was not involved at all at this point,but was Manager of the Oak Ridge store&had heard from another store that I had called what was going on&wanted to do whatever he could to resolve my problem. WOW?This doesn't happen anymore I was shocked but very happy! Not only did he restore my faith that there actually really are still good Managers around,but he calmed me down,&fixed my problem.He had a frame&mattress waiting for my son&husband to pick up just half hour later!! Because of James kindness&professionalism my son had a bed to sleep on that night~Thank You James☆
