“Great location, great staff. Very helpful as every single advance Auto I ever go into. However, it did not have a 13 mm socket and the computer system Said that I would need either a 13 or a 14 but we couldn't figure out which one was the exact size socket for my car's oil plug so we went with the 14 LOL. But if this socket is not the right size, I know that the return process will be extremely easy. Thank you advance for hiring. Only the best in being the best there is in auto parts store.
This is an update just to say that this store this location and the employees that work in it are my new favorite location in my entire life of interactions with advance Auto. Thanks to these guys, I will forever be a very loyal customer. The gentleman at the register tonight that help me deserves a pay raise. He didn't have a name tag and I forgot to ask his name but he deserves acknowledgment. He was wonderful. He was just a regular cashier employee young guy who was vibrant. Eager to help insightful and amazingly efficient at getting me the product I need at a price I wanted”
