“Liked this location much better than the Kingston pike one,which is closer to me,but I will now drive further to this one.One,there is helpful,friendly, knowledgeable "adults"that willingly helped me,and did not act if they hated there job,and two I was able to find a parking spot without getting hit,and three,they helped me load my truck without complaining,and no one was high,or vaping while helping me out.(Unlike the Kingston pike location)”

After 6 attempts at major appliance centers we arrived at Electronic Express and I have to say Zachery and the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. They had the exact range in stock even though it wasn't currently on display! And furnished the new power cord as well. Kudo's to the entire staff!”

“Our dryer stopped working a couple of days ago due to a failed heating element. Wife was freaking out that she wouldn't be able to do laundry over the weekend. Called Patterson's to see if they had the part, thankfully they did, and very reasonably priced. An hour later and the dryer was back up and running. Very glad the part was available locally on a Saturday afternoon, thanks to Patterson's!”
