Yummy in my tummy every time! The Mac and cheese is super delicious. Call to find out the dessert of the week! The banana pudding roll is PHENOMENAL ?Parking: Just kinda find a spot near the restaurant!Kid-friendliness: They’re very friendly and accommodating to children. My child always feels welcomed and loved there.

Absolutely perfect!I was certain that Eric was the owner, as he was attentive, informative,and diligently kept the place clean and tidy with an uplifting smile and attitude.The food was beautiful, delicious, hot and plentiful. Started off with still crackling pork rinds... light and crispy. A full rack of smoky, moist ribs and order of nice sized wings were perfectly spiced...didn't even need the side sauces. The braised greens were like candy...the best I've ever had!I am always looking for a diamond in the rough...instead I found a diamond.This is a MUST stop. We will be back!

Vega always reminds me of the quality of a Michelin star restaurant and the home town feel of Luke's diner from Gilmore Girls. It's always outstanding, not just great, and yet friendly, comfortable, and homey. If you are local, just go, you won't regret it. Also, hit Norris damn park just a few minutes away. If you time it for the golden hour walk in the park, you are wise.

I can't fully express how much we enjoy the food, staff and company at Vega. A husband and wife team who slay it when it comes to delicious food. We drove 3 hours just to come back again. Once we arrived, our only problem is deciding what to eat, what to take home, and what we'll have to try next time. The weekly specials are outstanding and posted online. We will be back- Again!

Teresa took amazing care of me. As an out of Towner I asked for her recommendations and all were perfect! The wings and brisket burger were amazing and best I dipped everything in the amazing pepper jelly sauce that the wings came in! I could just sit there and eat the fries and pepper jelly sauce. You have to go and check this please out, it’s worth a short drive from Knoxville!

Delicious food, particularly the black eyed pea hummus, kale salad, Mac and cheese, and meatloaf. They also have specials that change regularly and are BYOB wine and beer. Vega is a wonderful asset to downtown Norris and a must visit if you are in town!

I've eaten here twice now. Service is great, food is very tasty. Greens are sweet/vinegar which is not to my personal taste, but everything else has been super tasty!

So surprised to find this type of Cafe in a small mountain town. The food is really unique a varied and delicious. They put a lot of attention to details like presentation on the plate even making their own hot sauces. The service was genuinely friendly and fast. This is going to be an annual stop for us on our camping trips from now on.

So so so delicious & incredibly friendly service! We had smoked wings, smoked meatloaf & a smoked chicken club sandwich. Everything was really good! Don't miss the potato salad! If you're extra lucky, you can charm your way into some pork rinds (this is not a good spot for dieters)! If you're extra EXTRA lucky, the incredibly kind staff will share their pimento cheese recipe with you. Thank you to everyone at VEGA for a delicious meal!

Super cute and creative little hidden gem. I had heard about this place so I finally was able to have the time to check it out. Very simple decor, clean and a tiny dining spot which makes it cozy. The menu is protein and sides with some creative appetizers. The pulled pork was still in the smoker so I went for the ribs. The dinner comes with two sides so I picked the greens and Mac & cheese. The ribs were a nice portion and flavorful. The sauce was their own creation and was sweet and Smokey. The greens were peppery and cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese was amazing!! The noodle is not your traditional and the cheese sauce is creamy and there is lots of it! The dish was served on a slate rock tray which was fun and earthy. The server was also the cook along with her husband. I'm anxious to go back and check out some other specific items for round two!! Try this place and support a local establishment!

What a GEM! Well worth the drive. The food is so flavorful and unique. Fast, friendly service. And did I say the food is fantastic?!! I had the special, pasta with cod, pesto, grilled tomatoes, goat cheese and pine nuts. Melt in your mouth delicious!
