I bought a dress from amazon for a party, but it didn't fit well, so I was wondering if I should return it. After receiving a recommendation that the sunset cleaner's alteration was good, I entrusted it. A lot of people asked me if it was a luxury dress or what kind of designer brand it was because it fit my body beautifully and accurately, and I was able to have a very enjoyable time. I 100% recommend the Sunset cleaner alteration.

Grace is amazing!! I’ve never got to post one of these but whenever I do hems its always her. She does them so quick and this time she fixed my dress’ shoulder strap using leftover fabric from same dress and they look so identical I couldn’t tell the difference from other strap! Highly recommend for the alterations!

I do not recommend this business for alterations. My daughter had her prom dress altered. The lady marking dress for alteration first made an ugly remark about my daughter needing to losing 5 pounds so the dress fit a better. Were not that sensitive and both realize my daughter doesn't need to lose any weight so we let that go, although we should have just left. We went to pick up the dress (that cost $650) and she really messed it up. She charged $250 to hem, partially close the slit at bust and move the end place of a zipper in back. All very normal alterations at a very steep price. Not only was the work very sloppy but she even used yellow thread on a hot pink dress for hem. I am so disappointed and we are taking the dress to another highly recommended person to fix the mess that this lady made. I really wish I would have read reviews before trusting her to alter anything. Unprofessional, unkind and unskilled!

Our family has used dry cleaning and alteration services for the past 5 years. We're never disappointed. She does wonderful work. Recently we needed an alteration completed in a day and she came through, so my daughter's symphony dress was perfect.Wonderful customer service!
