If I ever need a gift, a Knick knack, something for myself, or something for my kids- I can ALWAYS count on Small Town Charm. Quite literally my favorite store. Employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and genuine. I’m so happy they are right around the corner from me!!

Was excited to purchase some items from here, until an employee treated us rudely. Such a shame because I really liked the items this store carried. I ended up leaving and spending my money in the store next door.

I was in Small Town Charm in Nolensville today to return a pair of earrings that my daughter bough me for Mother's Day. She called the store and the daughter of the owner said we could return them because they irrated my ears so bad and these earring were not hypoallergenic and I was welcome to return them. When I got there today the owner said that no one in her store would have told us this. I said that my daughter said she spoke with someone and now I know it was her daughter. The owner said they were gold but come to find out they were gold plated. She told me that I must be allergic to gold. Wow, just wow. I said no because the ones I have in my ears are gold. So she pulled up the receipt and told me these were bought in December but if she had looked closely at the receipt she would have know that the ones from December were studs and the ones today were dangling ones. She also had a problem with me trying on her bracelets. I said to to her that I will just leave your store and let my daughter deal with this. She finally after looking under her my daughter husbands name, she saw the exact earrings that were bought for Mother's Day. This was such a terrible and demeaning experience and this owner sure did not want me returning them Instead of dealing with me so rudely, she should have dealt with her employee. She treated me like I was lying which made things even worse. She finally let me and mean let me pick out a bracelet and then thought giving me a discount would remedy the situation. I just am in shock that an owner would do this in front of other people. It would have been better if she had ask us who told us this but no she stood her ground, that no one would have told us this. I hope the owner learns from this terrible experience. I very seldom if ever do reviews but the owner earned this one.

tried to go there today for a bogg bag and baby gifts. according to their hours they were open and there were 2 women working inside but they had the door locked and didn't come say anything when I walked up to it so I left and will spend my money elsewhere.

The best little gift shop boutique! One of a kind and unique items! I witnessed a rude customer at check out and the owner went above and beyond to satisfy this person! Support this small business owner who seems passionate to make your visit great! I found a beautiful diamond necklace there and never thought there would be fine jewelry! From small items to luxury, there are nice gifts here!

Always a pleasure. They have such a variety of gifts for anyone on your list and especially the kiddos (keep an eye on the kiddos as they do have some breakable items), but my daughters closet stays stocked with the most beautiful clothing items from here.They also have lots of wedding gifts, hostess gifts, gifts for her, gifts for him, local Nolensville gifts, etc.This shop is also locally owned by fellow Nolensvillians and I love supporting this small business!

My favorite spot to grab a gift! Or something for myself! Jewelry, home decor, kids books and clothes. They have gorgeous barefoot dreams blankets and pajamas. They have really luxurious items and affordable items. And the staff will go out of their way to help you find the perfect item! So many times the ladies in the shop have helped me curate a darling gift bag even with a special candy or treat to go along with it. I love Small Town Charm!

The sweetest group of ladies works here!!!! I went in last week to find a baby gift and they were all so helpful! It made the shopping experience so great and fun! I also had to purchase the cutest pair of earrings for myself! If you need gifts of any kind I suggest going here! You won’t regret it!

For a small town I felt like you do not get a small town treatment. No warm “hi, how are you can we help you”…. just a judgy or not even a look up unless you bring your child and then the employee/owners will tell them how to act. My child is well behaved and the only time they took the time to notice us is when my daughter was picking up a cup to look at. Unfortunately I won’t be supporting this store anymore. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had an issue with them being cold and not inviting.

For a store whose target market is people with children, they sure do hate kids. No matter how well behaved your children are, expect them to be yelled at by the owners. The home decor shop in Eagleville has similar merchandise and the owners are kind, welcoming people.
