“For some reason, I HATE going to the post office and will procrastinate when something needs to be mailed. However, the experience at this post office in Antioch makes it more enjoyable. This location would often have very long lines that moved slowly. Though the agents have always been nice, two of the current agents are exceptional. Keneisa and Tiara, have a lot of personality and interact playfully with the customers, while efficiently and professionally keeping the line moving. I often walk out with a smile now rather than a sigh. They are an asset to an agency that has suffered damage to its public image the last few years.”

I was dreading going to the post office because of experiences at other locations, but this USPS office is one of the best customer experiences of any kind that I’ve had in a while.
