Great experience! Honest and quick. Took my car in on a Saturday…Ford of Franklin told me they would get to me within 5 days. The guys at Patterson’s took care of it right away. They test drove the car, diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend.

Patterson's fixed our Tahoe A/C incredibly fast and reasonably priced. We had a minor issue with an after hours pick up and were able to reach a team member who was willing to help us on a day off. Really made us feel taken care of. We will definitely use them next time we are in need and would confidently recommend them to anyone.
