You can also expect quality in most of the products you buy. The return or exchange experience has also been friendly and free of hassle. “Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”
“Walked in and immediately was met by the kind faces of Scot and Dee at the paint section. I had come in for a few items to do some home repair and they quickly got to getting me what I needed. Dee aided in the paint I needed and perfectly color matched using the trim I brought in. Scot took the time to show me to exactly where I needed to go, gave me tips, and cut a piece of trim that I needed.
They were both exceptionally kind, personable, and helpful. I left feeling more confident in carrying out home repair tasks knowing that I have the helpful staff at Home Depot to rely on. They have cemented me as a loyal customer of the Home Depot on Bell road!”

“My husband and I stopped in Home Depot yesterday morning looking for carpet for our new house in Orange Beach, AL. We asked for an estimate for carpeting three bedrooms. The Flooring Specialist (Adam Scruggs) gave us a rough estimate for carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable of the carpet and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase carpet, but when we told him it was for a house in Orange Beach, he said that we would have to work directly with the Home Depot there. He made certain that we had all of the information that we needed to contact the Foley, AL, Home Depot. We are sorry that we could not have purchased the carpet from him. He is a truly excellent employee.”
