“Follow up April 2024 from my initial review in Feb 2024. Thank you for your help straightening out the billing issue described belowThey've done 2 different sets of repairs on spindle drives for my company which have been good, BUT their accounting practices and policies are not reasonable. We issued a payment by credit card and then again on a net 30 account for the same thing but they refuse to issue a refund. We do business with them about 1x a year so they're just sitting on $ that they refuse to reimburse. Its just sitting there as a credit and that is infuriating. They issued a credit memo on 1-11-2024 for a double payment in May of 2023. YIKES YALL”

“I bought a Osaki emperor 4d from the decatur, AL store around June 14, 2022. The foot massager broke off because it wasnt installed correctly and the zipper was broken. This happened aug 10, 2022. The problem was notified on aug 11, its now aug 26, and still no update on the parts need to fix the chair. I never post on websites but when you spend this much money on product, you would expect great service to get the problem taken care of.UPDATE: They came and fixed the chair 4 days after this post. I hope I don't have any more issues from it. Thankyou electronic express.”

“Brought my laptop in bc the hinge for the display had started to crack. Wasn't even really expecting a fix to be possible but figured it was worth a shot.There was a little miscommunication in the beginning but he more than made up for it and was able to fix my laptop faster than originally quoted for what felt like a very fair price to me. Even gave me a warranty on the fix.Will def go straight here when something else I own inevitably breaks”
