I bought my two boys in today during a trip from out of town and they went out of their way to make my children feel comfortable and gave them the attention & Patience to answer all their questions. I bought raw sponges, cloches, scented candles, matches, huge crystals, and a petrified mud dragon egg encapsulating a gorgeous crystal. I've never seen anything like it! “The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. The hours are inconvenient for working people who don't live in the area.The Dennis brand (not this location) has made shopping difficult this school year with variations in sizing and extended backorder times. We drove an hour to purchase the only two skirts available that fit. There is similar (or less) availability on the website with unacceptable wait times for shipping.”

“Fabulous selection on long formal gowns as well as cocktail dresses! Went in for 1 thing and came out with 3! I am over 60 years old and the styles they carried were age appropriate but NOT frumpy. Found my one stop shop for evening wear. Karen was great. She was honest with her opinion on how I looked in whatever I was trying on. I just discovered this shop however B. Hughes has been around the area for years. New location is beautiful.”

“I love the actual store. But my reason for this visit was due to an online order or sneakers for my grandson. When the shoes arrived they were clearly not new shoes. It looked as if someone put a fire out in the shoes that I received. I called the 800 number as soon as they arrived and was told that I would have to pay for shipping to send them back. I thought that was crazy so I went to the store. Once there the young lady that helped me questioned me like I put the fire out in those shoes LMAO. Finally she gave me a refund after I showed her that they were just delivered to my house 3 hours ago. That was clearly days worth of damage and wear on those shoes.
I will not be ordering anything online from the rack store again.”

“I have not shopped at Forever 21 in literally FOREVER, no pun intended. But I could not help myself, while Christmas shopping I popped in because everything in the store was 40% off. I was concerned about hurting my feelings and my ego, but they got me with the window dressings. The last time I shopped in there I was A LOT younger and a lot thinner and even at a size 12 or if I'm being kind to myself, possibly a 10 (insert wink) at the time, I could not fit the clothes in the store. Everything was small-sized and ranged from 0-8 (8 if you're lucky). But looking at the dresses and the mannequins I was optimistically intrigued. I found four dresses right away that I just had to have. I requested XL and even got one in a large. I decided to spare myself any humiliation by trying them on in the store. I'm very good at eyeballing a fit for me based on fabric and design so, I was not concerned as to whether they would fit. I checked out and because of the 40% sale, I paid $82 and change out the door for four dresses. I waited before bed to try all four on, after a LONG day of Christmas shopping. All four fit perfectly. I was amazed at the quality. I'm somewhat of a quality snob and haven't conformed to sites like Shein and Fashion Nova, no offense if those are your spots, to each their own, I just know with the right sale I can get great quality at major retailers for the same prices that will last infinitely longer. I digress, these dresses were well-stitched, and the fabric was heavy and thick. I was just so thrilled and happy that after not stepping foot in a store for over a decade I am now a fan and have placed a huge online order praying for the same quality and experience! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a first date, date night, night out, club look, or a just because, "I'm bringing sexy back," night or day out!”

“My husband and I were just in Nolensville to visit our daughter and family for a week, along with my other daughter from Arizona, so while there we visited this darling shop twice and got some really cute items! They have a large selection with great prices! The owner was in the hospital while we were there so her husband and sister-in-law were caring for the shop when we visited and they were both so friendly and helpful! And fortunately the owner was on the mend and headed home from the hospital before we left town; we hope she has a complete recovery!”
