This bank branch is awful. The bank used to be FNB, then Bancorp South and now Cadence. Since Cadence Bank has taken over, the customer service and management (or attempts thereof) have been abysmal. The District Mgr (Karen) has no clue what or how to manage a branch at a bank. The local branch managers aren't equipped to operate/manage a bank branch. Upper management doesn't seem to care. Curtis, a branch manager at a different branch location, is rude, arrogant and is a blatant liar. Too many options for banking...don't waste your time here unless you want to be disrespected and treated like a number. No relationship banking here. Zero. This bank will change names or get bought again within the next few years. And it will be the same non sense and ridiculousness all over again. Negative reviews on pretty much every platform out there. Just go somewhere else...you'll be glad you did. No option to give 0 stars, so they get lucky and at least get 1 star.
