Not only did I get a very reasonable price to do a safety/assembly check, I was made aware that the metal pads on the bike would likely fail and Max recommended hydraulic brakes instead. Again another reasonable price and Max broke down why it was an important upgrade.He was super helpful in showing me how to unlock the front wheel and was patient as I asked various questions on bike maintenance. Later I went back because my bike seat bolt was hard to unscrew and Carson helped me out. He also was happy to help me mount the new bike seat. Both Carson and Max were beyond professional and helpful in my visit, Outland has a customer for life!”
