I purchased a battery and asked for help installing it. The associate had a very “can do” attitude. It was difficult to get to the old battery because of its placement, but the associates seemed to do a great job helping each other out to make it happen. I would definitely go back.

The nicest young man named Lantz helped me today at the Nolensville AAP. Had to install a new battery and he took care of everything. Very friendly and provided service with a smile.

Went in today April 1 2023. Tried to purchase a headlight bulb asked for cheapest and he said it would be $99.99 rudely. I asked if this was the cheapest, he said yes. So I left and looked on Amazon and other auto parts it was for $25. What a rip off. Even a bigger complaint was the shaved head over weight man was extremely rude. I called from phone later on same day to double check price, still very rude. No way should a customer be so poorly treated. No greeting, no thank you for coming. I was definitely a huge bother to him. I was the only customer in the store. What any, poor customer service staff

Came in to replace my wiper blades after a freeze/tear. Didn't know what size I needed nor how to put them on. The guy that helped me (forgot his name now but he was previously in the Navy and had gone to Chapman... thank you to him in case the business sees this) was helpful and installed the wipers for me even though it was super cold outside. Appreciated it!

I’ll go ahead and second the review from 2 month ago. I’ve had enough of this place and their terrible manager. This is the same guy that enrolled my number in their system and after coming back over and over again, my number was all of the sudden not in the system even though he made it and corrected the system error. Fast forward to today, I purchased an item on Saturday and had my proof of purchase (bank statement )However, after having an altercation with the previous customer, he took it out on me and refused the return. The item was still new and clearly not used. They are so unhelpful and unfriendly. I called AA in Franklin and told them what happened, a nice lady told me that should never happen and they could have at least done an in store credit. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Being kind doesn’t cost anything but poor treatment costs you customer = money.

Store manager has a poor attitude toward customers.I purchased a replacement brake light/turn signal for a trailer. Immediately after opening the package I realized the one I had purchased was for the right side of my trailer instead of the left side I needed. The manager was immediately irritated and refused to allow me to exchange the item because the package had been opened. The package was not destroyed and could have easily been taped or staples back together. Honestly, I couldn’t believe the attitude he had. He would rather be rude and tell you why he can’t do something than to help find a solution to the problem. He finally agreed to return the item if I had my receipt. I did not have the receipt, so he simply refused. I walked outside and called their national customer service number. The lady there helped find a copy of my receipt in their system. I went back in the store, and the manager processed the return. The cost of the replacement light was $12. If it was my business, I’d rather solve the customer’s problem or hand them $12 back, rather then giving them a terrible experience with my store.

They had an intake hose, for my air filter. And even put it on for me. I am so thankful. When you are a senior woman it's hard to do somethings like that. I so appreciate when good people and companies help me out like that. Thank you so much. Karen

Bad experience and manager wasn’t very nice (and prices were high.)I needed a turn signal light replacement bulb. The associate looked up the part number and gave me a pack and said “we are out of the regular ones, but these should work fine, if you have any problem just bring back and return,” so I bought them. I was very careful opening the pack so if needed they would look nice for Re-shelving if I returned. They did not work, I took them back and was told by the manager that he could not accept them as a return since package had been opened. I explained the whole conversation to him and he again said “I can’t take them.” I had my original receipt, they were on my account history in their system and I was a frequent customer shopping there. I don’t appreciate the way this was handled and advise others to be cautious.I have found the prices in this store to also be quite high.I will not be shopping there again.

My wife called in to get information about a battery purchased in Store#08519 that was possibly under warranty. She called in on 08/27/22 at 11:00am and was speaking with a manager named BRIAN. He was rude, disrespectful and started arguing with her for no reason. WORST customer service EVER. Not sure if that was his real name or not but hopefully corporate can find out from the date and time who it was and fire him. Will never do business with them again I would suggest the same for you

Wow, worst experience ever! Brian, the manager at this store has the worst people skills and customer service skills ever. Never have I ever had a manger raise their voice and talk to me rudely like I was a child or there was nothing they could do even though they are at fault. I called up to check on a car battery I bought from them to see if it was still under the 3 year battery warranty. The car battery they gave me originally was defective so they replaced it. Almost a year later after that replacement, that battery is bad and dead. I have the receipt to prove I purchased that battery from their store. They attempted to look up the two accounts on file we have there and none of the accounts showed we had purchased that battery there. Brain continues to argue with me over the phone saying 'What do you expect me to do, it's not in our system'. Well unfortunately that is not my fault Brian. My car is dead on the side of the road and now I need to find a new place to get a battery from since I will NEVER go to this store in Nolensville again. Nolensville TN Store # 08519After talking with Brian we headed over to the Advanced Auto Parts in Brentwood to get a new battery and spoke with Glenn who was able to locate my account in the system and it showed I had purchased the battery at that store. Glenn listened to our experience and said that's not the first time he has heard bad things about that store as well as the manager Brian. Both Brian and his associate obviously don't know how to look up items in their system.
