The staff are helpful and the location is good, making it a convenient must-have for drivers. Many feel safe stopping here. However, the location has several consistent drawbacks. Parking is a significant issue; it gets very crowded, there are not enough lines or spaces, and nearly every slot is paid parking, which many find unreasonable. The Wi-Fi is poor and phone signal is hard to get. For RV drivers, it is not friendly, with no designated place to pull in and only one diesel pump on the auto side. There are also very few restaurants or trees nearby. A specific safety concern was noted regarding a trash vehicle operator driving dangerously, creating near misses. Despite these problems, the friendly staff and convenient amenities keep it a functional stop for many travelers.
