Rude, rude, rude. Went in there with a problem with my service. The first thing the half naked girl behind the counter says is, "well did you pay your bill" very rudely. I'm on auto pay and they can see that, so why treat someone that way? Then wouldn't help get the Sim card out, wanted me to pay to replace my phone even though it's not on my end. I had to drive to Morristown to get any assistance. They took out my Sim card, replaced it and my phone started working. Not sure what kind of trash verizon in Newport in hiring, but do better. We pay you a lot, should never be treated the way that sewer rat working treated me. 10am friday july 19th was the day I was there just in case you would like to figure out who was working, definitely should be fired.

Keili Brittain was so so helpful when I came in the store today. I was frustrated and a little upset upon arrival but her kindness and knowledge completely fixed the situation. She even helped me navigate customer service. The nicest employee I’ve ever met honestly

So if you come to this store Joshua Williams is the man to talk to he was very professional and helpful and nice ! Had a big problem with my phone and another line and few other things tried a few times to have it fixed never could get it right Well Joshua took care of all that and got everything I needed done and made sure it was right I appreciate it Thank you So So much Nicky

Eddie at the Newport store helped us out tremendously. We came in to switch plans and trade in a phone, and we got everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this store, as well as our representative, Eddie Nai.

Very helpful and respectful employees, I came in for a case and screen protector for my device and they had a few options even for just a Google Pixel. They have great options for many devices. If you are in need of any accessories, this is a great place to take a look, and the best part, you don't need to have Verizon cellular service.
