Marty Arthur and Johnathan make this a down home place to be. They truly care about everyone that walks through the door. As do all the women who work with them. It's a great big family taking care of you from start to finish. But don't let that fool you they are professionals. You never have to worry with them. It will be right on tack. They have real life experience behind them to what ails you too. We've been with them our whole lives it seems and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Always kind & very helpful!! I’m glad this is my pharmacy.They’re fast with your wait time usually in just a few minutes. But on the occasions you’re still not waiting very long, I’ve personally never had to wait any longer than 25 minutes. And I’ve been going to them for the past 6 yrs.

I love the friendly atmosphere here at Town and Country. Every employee there tales the time to get to know you and your family. They don't make you wait half the day like those conglomerates like Wal-Mart, Walgreens or CVS. They provide fast friendly service with a genuine smile. Not a fake smile like most places do. I will stay with Town and Country Pharmacy for the rest of my life.

Had occasion to stop at Town and Country Drug on Cosby Highway in Newport, TN this morning. Can't say enough about how helpful they were...truly a gem....especially the owner who helped the lady from South Carolina.
