Every once in a while you find an incompetent place. This is one of those incompetent places. I asked how long would it take to work on my truck. They didn't answer but set me up to get work done. However, after setting me up they're talking and nonsense (via picture). It took me 2 hours to get something simplistic done. I was trying to find a parking spot knowing that they fill up around her around 6pm. Starting at 3pm and was done 3 hours later. Theae clowns don't respect that Truckers are limited on time.P.S. The people and the manager at the store were nice and hard working enough though.

NOT 24 hours location. Arrived Sunday morning 5 am with bad drive tire. No one here. Still No one at 7am.

Having back to back bad days really good bad when hood hinges broke. Pulled into Newport TN Speedco to just hope they could look at it they where able to fix what I thought was going to be a week long dealer fix in a few minutes. Great staff and very friendly couldn’t save thanks enough. 5 stars all the way!!Service: Body & Trim

Guy at counter told me 1.5 hours for an oil change turns out I’m setting here for 3 hours and no one is even working 4 guys inside priorities for road serviceUpdate 4.5 hours for an oil change still here

Just another typical understaffed Speedco. I sat for an hour before being told that I had another oil change ahead of me. I am done with Speedco wasting my time and money.
