You can never find out if they have anything in stock because they never answer the phone. I have LITERALLY three different numbers ranging from the front to the First Call parts desk and not a single one gets answered. Then I show up at the store 3 minutes later and its completely empty. Maybe fire everyone and hire new people that specifically know how to use the phone? I wonder how much money this location has lost due to its poor performing employees.

I'm definitely switching to O'Reilly for my parts for light duty trucks I was in need of parts to fix sprinter va. For FedEx critical and the brakes where special kind from Mercedes no one else had them not even mercedes but O'Reilly did I drove to Knoxville and they had every part I needed and had a good low price too thanks to them I got the guy back on the road Quickly

Got the parts you need but have the sorriest phone answering service ever was. Set in the parking lot not a person in the store they still don't answer the phone . Learn to pick up the phone

It's a box store with mostly Mexican and Chinese parts, many the same junk as the other parts stores. But the workers try, and this place has a couple of knowledge workers.

I will never go to O'Reilly again I had my girlfriend car this morning going to get it tested on which one of her abs sensor are out and they would not check they told me they will not do that. That I need to take it to some guys house in cosby so I want to autozone and they come right out and hooked up the same car checker as O'Reilly has and we want back inside and I got what I needed and got home and put the abs sensor on just because they were to lazy to check my car Ron was the guy that told me I needed to take it to a guy's place in cosby thanks for not helping me I will go pay alittle more to as lest get help I will not be back to an O'Reilly again this is not the first time they have not wanted to help me

After barely making it into the parking lot, the manager Richard helped us get our car fixed and find the correct part even though the power was out at the store. He spent about an hour helping us, explaining everything and teaching us, and saving us hundreds of dollars for a tow and repair. We are incredibly grateful!
