We just had the best experience with Sebastien! Never had a good experience with taxes until now we would definitely refer anyone to him to do their taxes! We will be back for our 2024 taxes!!!

I was absolutely terrified of going anywhere to file my taxes or ask questions but someone recommended Jackson Hewitt so i decided to give them a chance. I’m beyond glad I did. Haleigh was super kind and patient, even with all of my questions and chitter-chatter. She answered all questions calmly and respectfully even though I’m sure I was getting annoying! Thank you to Miss Haleigh! Truly are a wonderful person and I’m so glad I got the chance to speak with you!!

I came in to ask questions about my taxes and Haleigh was absolutely wonderful. I hadn’t been able to get answers from anyone else and she answered them quickly and respectfully. Thank you to Haleigh for her wonderful customer service and attitude!

I have worked for, and with, this company for a few months now and I have absolutely loved it. Not only do they care about their employees, but they care about their customers as well. I've never had a very easy time filing my taxes but this year was definitely much easier. Thank you, Jackson Hewitt, for all of the opportunities and help. :)

Had a great experience with the gentleman that did my taxes (I can't recall his name). He was great! Very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, this is the first and last time I'll be using Jackson Hewitt. They did not enter my direct deposit info into my tax return so now after waiting almost 2 mos to receive my taxes I will not be getting a direct deposit, ill be waiting another few weeks to get my check in the mail. For the almost $600 tax prep fees I expected them to be correct.

Haleigh did my taxes this year after having them done with another agent the last 4 or 5 years and let me tell you I do not dread taxes anymore!. She was so helpful and kind. She got me taking care of around my very hectic schedule and informed me of the available resources with the advance. She did her job well and kept me a customer with jh! Thank you Haleigh!
