Don't ever go to this Ace they offer no help i personally went there to get a 1998 Lexus key made they made me wait over 1 month to tell me there machine don't work so I ask for a refund and I had to wait almost over a week to receive and they didn't even refund it to the right card so I say if you need a key made or want help with something go anywhere else and you will have better luck

These guys came by and work quickly and done a great job I want to thank them we had Ben out of water for about 3 weeks we had paid another company to come by to fix it , charge us just for telling us what we already knew and was suppose to put points in that we didn't even need and had pay them $240 we didn't have and didn't do what they said they would. But thank God Keith Williams and Bill Lundy showed us what honesty was , you were a life saver .

Needed a specific bolt, I asked at the front counter, they not only what section to go to, but also walked back and took the time to find the correct one, ace hardware has the best customer service.

My experience with this Ace hardware in Newport Tennessee is not good at all ,priced higher than it's competition as well as employees that look about how they treat you and they say they have no restrooms

Have been shopping here since I moved to Parrottsville Tn. They always offered military/veteran discount. Owner sold to someone and they stopped offering that discount. So, thanks for that. You single handedly made my decision very easy. I will no longer shop there. If you won't honor veterans or active duty, I refuse to do business with you. I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you.

I am a former part-time employee of the ace hardware store in Newport TN which is under ownership by KVAT. I was wrongfully terminated for missing too many days after notifying them that I would be out for 2 weeks due to a mandatory class required by my full time job (I'm a full time firefighter and was taking a required medical certification class). This was made mention of several times in the 2 weeks leading up to the class. I returned yesterday to schedule shifts and was told I was terminated by KVAT corporate for missing too many days after I told them I would not be there. Not only that the termination has apparently happened a few days before and I was never even contacted by them to let me know this. This is highly disrespectful and unacceptable after I gave the courtesy of a heads-up well in advance of the daysi would not be there. If that is how KVAT corporate looks at its employees then everyone of them should be ashamed. I lost a much needed second income due to their incompetence.

customer service leaves something to be desired! They aren't friendly and aren't knowledgeable of their merchandise at all! Would even consider them to be completely rude!

Staff was very nice and helpful in helping find exactly what I needed. I also would like to add the cashier was very pleasant and she made sure I had what I needed for my project when I was checking out.
