“Clean and clear Isles. Clearance clearly marked. Not so friendly but working retail is an unfavourable job and thankful as well. Great job on cleanliness though. A few items out of stock but that's distributions fault not the store.”
“This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees. They are not all the same and some carry more inventory than others...especially this one. This location has a very well stocked freezer section, crafts gallery, and more of everything really. I would rather drive to Jeff City than go to the store in Morristown because its been slim pickens here lately!”
“This is by far my favorite DG, the store is clean, the employees are pleasant, they try and keep everything stocked. I love that I can walk down every isle with my buggy. Not many DG's can say that.”

“This is my go-to stop for small shops. Store is newly updated and staff is friendly and helpful. There is now a pretty large selection of dairy and frozen foods and I can get in and out much more quickly than a large store stop. Great prices, especially on cleaning and household goods.”

“Very nice people here in Tennessee. This store has about anything you could want, plus the prices are fair. It was a little bit crowded but it was also full of end if season merchandise & clearance items.I would go there again if ever in that part of Tennessee. Then again they do have a store every 7 miles in that area.”
“Pretty typical of a Dollar General these days. Staffing problems are normal with a store being around every few miles. The people here often have to work harder due to being alone on shifts from time to time.For those interested this is not a location that sells alcohol.”

“Masks required , Divider's at check out, well stocked. Had what I needed Cold Soda's water energy drinks. The cashier was Nice and Greeted us . Parking is Free. Handicap Parking, Handicap friendly. I got around good in the store.”
“Well let's see.......it was warm and inviting. Like I was walking into Grandma's house on a cold winters day. I smelt fresh brewed coffee brewing and got a warm greeting from everyone. LOL ?!We all just had a Christmas ? dinner and exchanged gifts.Now that I think about it.....it was a tad weird.”
“I actually like this little store. I live pretty much across the road from the 1 on Rutledge pike (by East Knox Elem.) but will drive across the bridge to go tò this 1. But that's mostly because of the store cleanliness an also, nio, mostly because the 1 on Rutledge pike has the most horrible customer service I've seen at a Dollar General in a very long time. They are quite rude at that 1 an forget it if you need any kind of help on the floor. There store is also a mess most of the time. With carts an merch sitting every where. I certianly understand if there's not enough to ring up customers AND put out stock. Mgt is at fault there. But when you've got even 3 working, thats MORE than enough, honestly!”
“We go here pretty often if we don’t want to drive to dollar general. Clean store, close to everything, Decent selection, and friendly staff other than one older lady that doesn’t seem to care about your time. Everyone else is always super friendly and helpful! Sometimes the shelves are kinda empty but it seems like that’s just about everywhere right now.”

“This store is great for quick stops. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and I always find something I didn't know I needed. I have noticed when the employees aren't up front they are close by, stocking the shelves. Just give them a heads up and they'll run to the front to help you.”
