Great experience on line and shipment was prompt and informative. As for their jeans…WOW! This is now the only brand I will wear. Extremely comfortable and finally a company who knows what wears well on a woman’s figure! Thank you, Zara!

Rude managers and associates unwilling to help with simple questions. In Europe, the Zara’s are fabulous, but the Zara in Nashville might has well been a H&M. It was a very disappointing & lackluster experience. Such a shame that the staff is so unprofessional & unpolished!

horrendous customer service. i will actually call zara to talk to someone because the treatment i got 30 min before they closed was appalling. i don't think the corporate would like to know what is going on at this store. the "manager " was rude , inconsiderate and just outright nasty , refused to give me her name when i asked for it , threatened to call security when i took a picture of her to complain to corporate. they close the fitting rooms 40 min before the store closes. when i asked how am i supposed to buy something i can't try on , she told me i can just buy them and if they don't fit , i can come back and return the items. so i have to spend my money on something i don't know fits and waste my time to come back and return it to get my money back because you are not allowing the people try the merchandise on? Zara will lose a LOT of business treating people this way , if this is their company operation. I will call corporate to complain , this is U.S. , people are not treated this way here.

Recently visited Zara store in Nashville....I love my cute mini dress although best worn in warmer weather but I really didn't find the women clothing for me as far as body type and the quality of clothing....but as far as my husband goes I felt the quality of clothing was better for men and especially if you are slim build... overall will visit again?

Worst managers, worst employees, so rude and disrespectful. They pay almost zero attention to customers and are so slow to ring people up. Making my very last return here and will never shop here again. EVERY manager should be fired.

You cannot return an item to the store that you ordered. Employees are rude, the store sucks compared to other Zara’s I’ve been to.

Queue ridiculously long at check outs and no-one managing the situation. Really poor service, I love Zara but this would put you off shopping here in store.

The store looks organized but the stuff were working there I don’t think they know how to do costomer service we wait in line for more then 15 min and when i m done with my transaction the lady who did the transaction she don’t even wait for me to finish up me and call another customer this was rude i feel like no one need to be treated like this they need to pay more attention on all this

Nice friendly staff.. My first one in Nashville and I found it to be friendly and especially clean with an open concept .. love that!!! .. only one thing .. the dressing room closes early.. :(
