Facility so bad that even the broker couldnt figure out if our trailer was empty. We HAD to drop the trailer and noone knew weather it will be empty on friday or on Monday. Eventually driver went to the facility later during the day to check what is going on just to be told that the trailer was empty, noone called to advise if it was empty and of course no one answered to phone calls on facility nor answered emails.Bad place to deliver

You are blocking Parris Ave and your yardmen are pulling trailers right next to a residential please go on your own access street off of Enos Reed Dr and Fesslers Lane and leave us in peace your trucks go by way too fast on Parris Ave knowing it’s a small street and busy with OTHER businesses than your own be a good neighbor

Had a Peloton treadmill pickup scheduled 5 different times at this point and counting. Most of the time no one even calls me to say sorry the team can't come. I have added a complaint to my "file" numerous times at this point with no change.

There appears to be a crime ring of theft operating out of this facility. A purchase made through a major Big Box Retail Warehouse (Costco Online) shipped an item through this facility and they did not process the intake paperwork as a way to cover up the theft. The retail sale firm (Costco Online) may be claiming the insurance on this item which makes the theft also an insurance fraud case. Costco Online should STOP using XPO until XPO can clean up their act. White Glove appears to be a code word for sticky fingers... .

These people don’t deserve even one star but there isn’t another option. Good luck getting anything from them. The two delivery drivers I had today flat out said that if they just didn’t feel like delivering, they don’t show. I guess that explains how two weeks ago, they said they didn’t have reception and got lost. These two gentlemen were upset that my delivery was being put upstairs. When I asked one of the gentlemen to please stop cussing because my kids were upstairs, his response was “do you want to move this f’n treadmill yourself?” Rude and unprofessional. I called Peloton and told them they need to look elsewhere for a delivery company.

Absolutely terrible! I’ve ordered a treadmill twice now and they have broken or damaged it. Then they cancel the order without any notification. Then re wives an email saying customer “refused delivery” ARE YOU KIDDING ME. On top of that if you call the office to see what happened or what is going on with your order, you get the same run around B.S. This company should do a 100% complete reset.

Ordered a chair from Amazon and they used this horrible vendor to ship it. I called multiple times only getting voicemail with no response from this company.Delivery was scheduled for 11/25 and XPO left notes in the tracking saying I refused the order. My order was cancelled before the delivery date arrived. What sense does this make?Amazon called XPO and they couldn't provide any valuable information. Horrible company!

TERRIBLE. Never shipped my refridgerator, washer, and dryer. Shipment delayed 4 times or 5 maybe in a row and I could not get them for a month. Driver never showed up & never called me but driver lied that no one was at home hahahaha. Timeframe for shipment was from 8am to 8pm so I waited all day and he lied. At the end I rent truck and picked up my stuff from hub on myself. Of course, there was no compensation or apology.

Ordered a mattress set online in September here it is October 31st still haven't received it. For 3 weeks I received numerous different delivery dates. I called numerous times asking to pick it up they still wouldn't let me do that. So now they are just holding the mattress set at the warehouse giving me the run around.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a Peloton Tread plus pick up. They have rescheduled 3 times with no courtesy call saying they were not coming! There is also no one available to respond to. All I am told is it will be 24-48 hours and a new work order needs to be created and they will email me for their next scheduled pick up! I cannot believe a company with this pathetic customer service exists! They don’t even deserve one star!!!!

Worst experience ever. I was supposed to received a package between 3pm and 6pm yesterday and no news until I call them at 9pm. They told me no worries you will be contacted by the driver in 20min. Obviously no one contacted me and I called again this morning, they cannot deliver until next week now and they are not sure about the timing and the "short" window is between 7am and 8pm. Also, the person is telling me "we will cross our fingers" what!! And if I would have not called they would have not bothered contacted me. So disappointing.

Awful delivery company. I had 3 different appointments get canceled after waiting the whole day for them to show up. Each appointment was scheduled 2-3+ weeks after the last. Support was awful, would literally just hang up on you or end the chat. I eventually gave up and cancelled the order. Such a shame.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had a delivery time of 3-7pm. I get a call at 6:58 telling me that they are going to have to reschedule because they are running behind. You couldn’t update me an hour or so prior instead of me waiting in my apartment for an update? Called customer service and they told me they can’t reschedule because it’s still “out for delivery”.
