After I saw other comments on Wyatt Johnson collision center and Maggie Wilkinson specifically, I found out I was not alone. Maggie is the rudest person I have ever met. Her careless work leads to rejection of the supplement sent to the insurance company, and she said she will not do anything anymore about my car. Left my car with a problematic strut making huge noises while driving. After we found out it was them the body shop had careless document preparation and ridiculous overcharging of services which should not be included, they took off their good-guy masks and not cooperated anymore. I’ve started filing a complaint to the state consumer affairs office and ready to see them on the court.

1. When I turned my ‘18 F150 over to them, my check engine light wasn’t on, when I picked it up ITS ON but they say they’re not responsible.
2. ALLEN lied to my insurance company and refuses to call me back and continues to ignore the multiple phone calls I have made to this company.
3. I had to drop my vehicle off multiple times, they told me they drove it and nothing was wrong, I had to have someone physically ride with me to show them the issue wasn’t fixed.

After an unfortunate incident with some roofers, I needed some paint work done on my truck and the sunroof replaced. Stephanie (the mgr) and Maggie in the WJ collision center were great to work with. Very responsive to my questions, and the work was performed quickly. I would recommend working with the WJ Collision Center if the need arises.

Charles Taylor was the best car salesman I've ever had.He helped me in every aspect of getting the best car for my wife an amazing person. Shout out to ford and Charles for making a happy wife happy life for my household.

Regarding service department:Amazed at the service team here! Taylor Berry not only provided excellent service and helped me figure out future maintenance needs, but my oil was changed in half the time they quoted me. When I was scheduling the service, I also spoke to Tim Burke who did zero 'mansplaining' and that's why I chose Wyatt Johnson to begin with. As I was waiting, I got checked on by a couple other people - so the whole department was very welcoming and on top of it! Thanks to these great people, I'm definitely coming back for all my service needs and our next Ford.

HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there. I spent two occasions here (not by choice) and both went terribly! Bold face lies and hidden numbers is just start. You will never get actual numbers and complete run arounds. Check your contract next as you WILL find charges and fees that you never agreed to. Also find it funny all reviews here on yelp have the same dong and dance as me but yet general google search seems to make them into a perfect company with all negative weeded out......Long story short, save you time, sanity and money from the place! You will regret walking through the door!

Absolute criminals do not purchase a pair of socks let alone a car from these clowns.Wait patiently for a couple years for a custom ordered car for them last minute to add a 10k over msrp charge that when previously discussed I would be charged msrp.These are the people that give all dealerships a bad name. Do yourselves a massive favor and do not buy anything from them or let them service any vehicle.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I SUPPOSEDLY had an oil change done on August 4, 2023 (which btw, EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT I WAITED FROM APPROX 730am -1215pm for my vehicle... for an oil change. Make that make sense...). Upon leaving the lot, even though the oil change sticker was in the window, my oil life indicator was showing something like 25% left.. and gradually kept going down.. I called back later that day to tell the staff. They assured me that they changed the oil and that all I'd need to do was reset the sensor. Today is November 14th.. I had a tech from Wyatt Johnson do a factory recall via a home visit - he was amazing and I'd give HIM 10/10 stars.. partially because he let me know that my oil AND coolant were at less than 10%, which doesn't make sense given the mileage sticker... I have been calling all day to try and speak to a manager, have left voicemails, I was put on hold for 25 minutes just to be told the manager still wasn't available. I constantly get emails about reselling my vehicle back to them, rating their service, extending my warranty... but when I ACTUALLY need help, they've ghosted me. At this point, how do I know my engine isn't already f****? I plan to take this review wider if I don't hear anything from them soon.

Title: Disastrous Experience at Wyatt Johnson Ford Dealership Service CenterI cannot begin to express my utter disappointment with the service provided by the Wyatt Johnson Ford Dealership Service Center. While the sales department may have presented a facade of competence, the service center is an entirely different story.After purchasing a 1.5-year-old used car from them, we were initially pleased with the sales process. However, our optimism quickly turned to frustration when we discovered that the automatic cruise control wasn't functioning properly. This led us to entrust our vehicle to their service center, a decision that we now deeply regret.To say that our experience was a nightmare would be an understatement. For nearly two months, our car languished in their care, with the first three weeks passing without a single glance under the hood. Despite our constant attempts to seek updates, the promised return calls were nothing more than empty promises. This level of neglect and disregard for customer satisfaction is inexcusable.Adding insult to injury, we recently brought in another vehicle for evaluation. Shockingly, it took over 10 days just to receive a diagnosis. This egregious delay in providing basic information about the state of our vehicle is unacceptable and indicative of a glaring lack of professionalism.To make matters worse, we were slapped with an exorbitant bill of $3600 for repairs that, given our previous experiences, we now question the necessity of. It's impossible to shake the feeling that we may have been taken advantage of, coerced into shelling out for repairs that may not have been as critical as portrayed.Even more galling is the fact that, prior to leaving the car with them, our A/C was functioning perfectly. Yet, upon its return, we discovered that it now only worked on the highest setting. When we approached them with this issue, they had the audacity to claim it was a simple fix with a plug, yet were quick to quote an exorbitant $150+ for "parts & labor". This, despite the fact that the problem arose only after they had held our vehicle hostage for over two weeks.In light of this harrowing experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Wyatt Johnson Ford Dealership's service center to steer clear. Their abysmal track record in handling customer vehicles, coupled with their apparent lack of integrity, is a disgrace to the name they represent. Save yourself the headache and seek out a service center that values and respects its customers.

My fiancé and I had a fear experience her and purchased a used car that I am loving so far. Vincent was it sales guy and he was super friendly and helpful. The sales manager and finance guy were also helpful and were able to help me get into the car that I wanted and where I wanted to be financially. Great experience and definitely recommend.

Worst experience we've ever had with a dealership. John, was incredibly rude and extremely pushy. He would not listen to anything we said & was coming across as desperate. Like, extremely desperate. Maybe if he worked on his attitude and approach, he'd actually make a sale. We went to look at the Ford Escape and Bronco, and we're never shown accurate numbers. Random charges were being added to the total for things we didn't even add/do to the car. Once they gave us an amount for the trade in value, they wouldn't give me my keys. We have to get up and walk to retrieve them ourselves after asking for them several times, and were then met with the Sales Manager blocking our way from leaving. It was ridiculous.Any dealership is better than this one.
