Been taking my 2007 BMW wagon here since returning to TN. They are great. Responsive, available, professional. Highly recommended

I'm only upset because I got my car back and not too much longer after I picked up the car that there was a scratch on my back driver side bumper. Like I said that's the only reason I'm upset with them everything else is spot on with their service and reliability.

I understand that this garage is generally well respected in the community, but this is my recent experience. I brought in my 2017 Mini Cooper in for an oil change and to check for excess engine vibration. Well over $200 for an oil change and an inspection on the vibration. They diagnosed my issue as a collapsed motor mount and a harmonic balancer that was "coming apart." Total repair estimate: $1846 before taxes and fees (in addition to the charge for the vibration check). When I shopped around some other garages, I found repairs that were quoted $200 cheaper, when I called Wursters back, they flatly told me they don't do price matching, almost like I had insulted them for even asking. Finally called the Mini dealership, they said they would match the lower quote, and when I brought the car in, they told me it did not need a new harmonic balancer AT ALL. Saved over $1300 from the original Wursters quote. Obviously not a good experience at this garage, I guess the lesson is to shop around for expensive repairs.

We put a few grand into my car a few months ago (at Wursters) & had to take it back about a month ago because it was still having issues. They told me it would be $2700 to fix. I took my family's advice & went to another garage (Eurofix) to get a second opinion. They completely disagreed with what Wursters had told me. I think that Wursters completely lied to get a few grand out of me actually. I ended up having to get new tires for $600 & the issues are completely resolved. Do not trust Wursters, go somewhere else. Eurofix is a great other option for foreign cars.

Not ethical. Be careful! I have never left a bad review on yelp, but this warrants it. We have lived in Franklin for 20 years and thought Wursters operated with integrity. We took my Porsche Cayenne back in and this time for a new starter, not an inexpensive repair. The back of my drivers seat was loose as well. When Ross called to let us know the estimate, we asked about the seat and were told they could also repair it for $210. How it would be fixed was not discussed. The seat was taken off fully and then epoxied back on. It did not last 4 months and was in my floorboard. We called and they scheduled us to bring it back in. When they called with the estimate and solution, it was another $671 to replace the whole thing (not deducting the $210) or $400+ for a junkyard replacement. We were not told of these options initially and our loose seatback was now worse. Michael refused to give our money back on the cheap "fix" and claimed it was clearly labeled "no warranty" on the invoice (which it was) but was never discussed. Regardless, including language on an invoice to justify your ridiculous pricing for a cheap repair is not a replacement for good business and ethics.

This is a family run business that has been in this location since the 1970s and cares about their customers. Mike Wurster goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. You will get a professional repair and save money compared to dealer prices. Wurster's is the garage for foreign cars in the middle Tn area and the only one I trust.

I've had nightmare experiences with garages in the past. Wurster's was recommended by Auto Clinic for my German made car. I called three places and this was closest. They gave me a quote, got it done fast and as promised, no upsell talk but educated me on how to care for the vehicle, were friendly and people of integrity! I've found my garage!

Wurster's is about an hour away from us, now, but we will continue to take our vehicles there for repairs because they do good quality work and they have good prices. Mike & the crew have been really great to work with.

If you have a complicated European car, go with Wurster's. I've brought my 2003 Land Rover Discovery to them for years. They explain the issues in a way that's easy to understand and get the job done quickly and with excellence.

Took my MB to them for an estimate on replacing alternator, they charged $150 to open the hood and listen to the noise, then give me an estimate, which was $250 higher than the MB dealership. Then said "God bless you" as I walked out the door.... interesting experience...

Michael WURSTER and his professional team are the best! They are helpful and decent when true efficiency and honesty seems to have gone out of style. I’ve been dealing with them and they have serviced my Mercedes, BMW and now my Jaguar for over 20 years. Now being a woman alone and a professional in my business, they are ALWAYS straight up and accommodating to me.

I really hate to write this review because the guys at Wurster's seem honest. I took my car in, spent more than $2,000 and the car came out of Wurster's with more problems than I came in with. My wife also had bad experiences with Wurster's. Like I said, they seem like nice guys, but a second opinion may be a wise idea. Buyer beware of Wurster's Car Repair.

Everyone here is amazing! Reliable, trustworthy, and they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of in the proper manner. Even calling the dealership to arrange having a recall done there so we wouldn’t be charged for a repair. We will always bring our cars here for maintenance and repair.

Mike and the team at Wurster's are one of the best shops I have worked with. They have done several repairs on my '76 MGB, each time the work was done correctly, quickly and fairly priced. I also took my Lexus in to have the brakes checked. They made a minor adjustment to eliminate a noise for no charge. Pretty sure many other shops would have wanted to replace pads and rotors.
