Giving it a 4 for now. Just signed up. But did not feel pressured to sign up. Price was right too. Been like 8 years since I been in the gym on a regular basis but I saw a good mix of ages there and it had a good vibe.

I've never seen such a nice gym in a long time, It's so darn clean! I gotta give a shout out to the cleaning crew because they are surely know what they are doing compared to Gold's Gym. I've been a gold's gym member for 8 years and I'm tired of the way they handle things and present themselves. I love all the equipment here plus it moves pretty smoothly unlike my last gym. I became a member a week ago so I'll update this.

I strongly recommend not signing up for this place. I mainly signed up to use the tanning bed. The first 3 weeks of my membership, the tanning bed was out of service. There has to be an employee working if you want to tan so I only go during business hours. Today is the 2nd time (I've been there a total of 5 times) I have gone during business hours and no one is there to get me set up. No sign, nothing! I waited for what would have been an hour for the employees lunch, still nobody. When I asked about canceling my contract since the service I signed up for is never available, they said it would cost me $100. If you have a planet fitness near you, I would go there!I wrote this review yesterday, went back today and what do you know...no one is there working!!

Terrible at picking up the phone called multiple times throughout the day no one ever answered. I understand sometimes it’s busy, but come on.

I recently moved to Antioch and was doing a local search online to see what gyms were near me. Unfortunately, I can't get anybody to answer the phone when I reach out for information. I would just go online instead, but the site currently has 0 information on general prices or what is covered in the different workout packages.

Broken machines for weeks. Hydromassage doesn't work. Tanning bed bulbs probably haven't been changed in years. They are awful. How can you charge people and they can't even use what they pay for???Two months later the hydro massage machine still doesn't work. The owner is a slumlord obviously. Go somewhere else people. That actually cares about customer service and providing the amenities they are supposed too have!

I used to love this gym, I had to relocate for employment to a different state where there service isn't available. I went to the location, canceled, and was informed everything was in order. Later I found thus on my credit report as a collection! I've recently moved backnto Nashville and wanted to settle the matter. I actually called the location twice and had been informed that someone would contact me. Instead of contacting. E, they updated this on my credit file. I would have been happy to go back to this gym if we could have fixed the issue, since I am back in Nashville. This location has poor communication and customer service.

Over rated. The cheat you out of your money. Constantly over charging you. Please don't work out here. Also bathrooms are nasty. Staff is never there and very rude

Management and staff are great but overall the gym is just bad quality. Some machines are dysfunctional or don’t work at all. Equipment outdated and worn. Membership cost is overpriced as well. $26 monthly Standard membership only gets me in for hours that are convenient for their employees (close early on Friday and Saturday, closed on Sunday). Heading back to Planet Fitness where I pay half the price for 24/7 clean, new equipment.
