This place is a rip-off. The return policy is ridiculous. I bought my daughter a dress for a dance and about 15 minutes after she put it on she bent over and the top layer ripped in the back! It was not too small for her. The quality was just cheap! I took that dress and another dress she never wore, and still had the tag on it, back to the store for a refund. I found out that they don't give refunds for damaged clothing and they don't give refunds for "special occasion" dresses, like the black dress. I was expecting at least a store credit! How would I know what's considered a "special occasion" dress?! She never wore the thing! Maybe tell people that when they buy it!

Sept 6-24 -
Went to the store like one hour before they close the tall lady says you got 30 minutes to shop cause we’re about to close so i said ok and every 10 mins she would come to me to let me know how much time we got left, i came with my daughter we are not white people, as i noticed she only come to us to remind us the time not to anyone in the store. So i told my daughter to hurry up nobody care to ask what are we looking for, nothing here comes my husband came inside the store and all of a sudden she’s nice cause my husband is white. This lady doesn’t know customer service at all or she’s just doesn’t like my skin color i let my husband pay and she’s all smiling and very nice. Not coming in this store again.

Went here on a Saturday…. So of course it was busy. Had a great experience with Kayla. Thanks for such divine customer service, and information on upcoming sales! I will be back.

Don't come here today. Managers behind the counter, employees walking all over, line 7 people deep with 1 register open. Poor management.

Purchased a shirt from the store which fell apart in two different places after one wear. I took the shirt right back to the store but the employee was unwilling to help without a receipt. I understand having a return policy but I don't agree that you should need a receipt when the clothing has clearly fallen apart immediately. I will not buy clothing from here again.

The staff was very kind but the location is just very small and unorganized. Clutter in some areas it was just overwhelming trying to shop there.

Nothing looked like the online dresses. Very unorganized and messy. I didn't like the "dressing room" set up. Just a weird curtain situation. Very ghetto for Nashville. Also, no help from anyone. I waited 25 minutes for help and nobody cared to ask if I needed anything. Left because of it. Not waiting 30 minutes to get a dress out of reach that I probably won't like. Horrible quality.

Terrible customer service!!!! Young lady had an attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there today. If you don’t want to be polite to customers, you probably shouldn’t be in customer service!!! Live the dresses, but can definitely go someplace that’s respectful to customers!
