I did the usual, bouncing from place to place and dealing with half done work and misleading inspections, and then i found this place. It's been about 2 years of them working on 3 different cars for me and they've always shot me straight, never upsold me stuff I didn't need, and their platform is extremely user friendly. They've earned my business. I won't be going anywhere else.

My transmission went out suddenly without any warning in the middle of morning rush hour. I was stranded and many miles away from my usual repair shop. I wasn’t familiar with the local shops in the area so I called Wilson’s when they were the first to pop up on my Google search. Lana was amazing! I was in meltdown mode and she calmed me and assured me they would take great care of me. She even recommended a local tow company after l received several ridiculously high quotes from tow companies. I called Southside Towing and Recovery as recommended and was pleasantly surprised and relieved by their quote. Once we got to Wilson’s, I was treated with respect and kindness which helped relieve my anxiety greatly! She stayed in touch me throughout the day with status updates. They called me with a diagnostic report but unfortunately my car was in worse shape than l ever imagined. So l had to spend a few days making difficult decisions. They let me keep my car on their lot until l could get it towed to my dealership over the holiday weekend.
The customer service, honesty, patience, and compassion while dealing with an over stressed me was very refreshing! These good people made a very scary and uncertain situation easier. Kindness goes a long way!
I am so happy l found them and highly recommend them!

My car had been towed there overnight while they were closed. They texted me the next morning as soon as they opened asking what was going on. They ran diagnostics, let me know what the issue was, ordered the parts and got my car back on the road that day. Quality work at an affordable price. If I ever need my car worked on again I’d be willing to drive there from Murfreesboro just because the service is that good. I recommend to anybody. ????

Brian and his team have been servicing my cars for a couple of years now. I call for an appointment and when I show up they get right to work on my car. If they find something wrong, they bring me into the shop and show me and explain what is happening. I’ve never felt pressured to buy something. Great people and awesome service!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to get my car repaired. For simple lightbulb replacement. They had my car for 10 days and never did the job! Never called me once To explain the delay. Once I called, I was spoken down to very rudely by the female who works there. She Very unprofessional and tried to be little me for calling and asking why it was taking so long to get lightbulbs. Due to the poor, very poor customer service I decided to pick up my car and not allow them to do the repairs. After driving off the lot needing my car jumped due to the length of time it had not been driven. Driving the car for 20 minutes it stops after further inspection of my battery. It Appears they reconnected the positive cable incorrectly, which Now has burnt the cable when I Call them back to explain why my battery wasn’t connected correctly. Hang up the phone one of the most unprofessional locations I’ve ever walked into in Nashville, Tennessee. I would never go back to this place.!

Unfortunately I took one for the team.. They messed up the replacement of my radiator and denied all responsibility, all while charging $1100 for it. They were great for my two cars for well over a year, until they weren't. The way the treated me when I brought my car back for them to fix their mistake was a bit shameful. I ended up having to get a 3 month old radiator completely redone elsewhere due to this shop. They stripped the hose fitting and it was leaking coolant, but they wanted to charge me $150 to diagnose their faulty install and then when I showed them the fault and had proof it had been that way since install, they shutdown and refused all liability. I took the car to a second shop for a second opinion and they agreed that Wilson Tire installed poorly and were at fault.
You should be wary of this auto shop. They will do you wrong eventually and leave you high and dry..

I cannot speak highly enough about Wilson Tire and Auto. We have taken three of our cars there. They are professional, knowledgeable and thorough. But best of all, they are cognizant of repair costs and when a lot of repairs are necessary, they are very helpful prioritizing the work, providing timelines that comply with your safety AND your wallet. They have never suggested work that is not necessary. They even invited us into the shop and showed us things that needed to be done, and why, while the car was on the hoist so we could fully understand the priority recommendations of the work to be done. They provide paperwork to confirm both estimates, work agreed upon and completed.
We bought a car from a Nashville company that turned out to be a lemon. It was an awful experience. A few days after our purchase the car stopped running. We had it towed to Wilson where trustworthy mechanics inspected it and suggested some repairs. The guys there suggested a low cost idea of what might help us out. They clearly explained the idea might not work. When that "fix" failed. We asked for other options, dreading what we believed were going to be high costs. We were told that the timing belt was broken and we needed a new engine. They priced out the cost of a new engine and told us they didn't think we should put the money into the car. They valued the car and the replacement engine and labor costs for us and took time explaining why they, in good faith, could not suggest that repair. Have you ever heard of a mechanic being that considerate? I never had until Wilson. They also provided documentation as to their findings in the event we needed to get lawyers involved regarding our purchase of a car that failed to run less than a week after purchase.
Wilson is very dependable. Very trustworthy. Very fast with little waiting. And their staff, from Nina in the front office, to every one of their mechanics, is kind, patient and informative. I often get treated by repair shop personnel like being female I am unable to understand car repairs. Wilson is not one of those shops. The mechanics there talked to me so I could understand and showed me on my car what they were talking about that needed repair, and why.
Wilson Tire and Auto is great. I strongly urge everyone to bring their cars in need of service to them. From routine things like tire rotations, oil changes or tire purchases to more extensive engine repairs, you can trust their expertise and their business moral compass.

I took My Car in for Oil Change check what was going on with My Car, They found out what was Wrong, and Fixed What I could Afford and will next Payday, get My Tires and some other Work done. Because it was going to Take 5 hours or so, They Uber Me Home, which as a 70 Y.O. was very Nice and They, did some other thing and Their Oil Change is Only $39.00 plus Tax for Synthetic oil, which is Wonderful. They were very Nice and Helpful. Would Highly Recommend Them.

I arrived with my vehicle running with no issue. After two weeks and them using their programmer vendor my car no longer starts after having it home for 3 hours and they say there’s nothing they can do but have been paid through my warranty. WILL NEVER go back!

Absolutely love the team here. Nina was very punctual and examined everything in great detail. They photograph everything as soon as your car comes in and actually show you what's going on with your car. A front to back basic inspection is standard with even an oil change for no extra charge. Highly recommend
