Edit: Boy oh Boy has it changed now that white cap has taken over smh. White Cap has more money than they have sense. They ran off the WHOLE dispatch crew. Dispatch held on hoping for a change but it got worse and worse. I cant speak much on how they treat customers but their employees, deserved better.Ram tool is an amazing company. Of course Kevin Owen Is the all star player on the team. Especially in dispatch.Edit: Also, Edwin, Roy, Tyrone and Donnie are the dream team delivery drivers!! Couldn't do it without them!! Thanks Guys!!

For semi trucks they send you up hill to a different warehouse to unload. You kind of have to wait your turn before you just pull in and it's better to be back in there. Once you back into the dock they will unload you pretty quickly.

Good place to deliver now that they unload the big trucks up on the hill. Seems like they get you empty a bit faster than they used to.

I would never ever ever deliver to this place ever again( Nashville location) now I see thy the load was left on the board they take forever to unload people then they don’t even have enough room for all the loads that come in...un organized.....no type of communication I can go on and on but I won’t just avoid delivery here if you can

If I could give negative stars I wouldI've only gave out maybe 2 bad reviews ever but this place is the most unorganized uncaring slow inefficient place I've ever had to go to I drive over the road anywhere else would have had me unloaded and gone in 25 min tops With the flatbed load I have.... I've been here over 6 hours completely ruined my day in an already short work week very ununprofessional and unorganized they don't deserve your business
