Service is good, however they never answer their phone, you are always rerouted to Kentucky, and they look on the computer and tell you if Nashville has something, so it's not necessarily there. I went in and bought an 518 overdrive, only to get it home and realize it didn't have the top clutches in it, had to go back and they charged another $100 for the clutches, and snap rings... Really not cool

Needed a one off hard to find gasket for my old accords transmission shift solenoid. Found the exact past I needed and only charged me pocket change for it. He went out of his way to help me out I'll definitely be using them again soon. Got me back on the road today

Brought in my old torque converter and they had exactly what I needed at a good price. Wish I found them sooner. The woman at the counter was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't mind running back to get parts I forgot I needed. highly recommended.

Can’t say enough great things about this place, we have used them before and today I needed a cheap seal to complete a job I needed done. I had checked with all my regular suppliers and was unable to locate one. I called up and got John and I was impressed with how helpful he was in getting me the correct seal, he went through paper books to get me the right seal, a lot of work just to sell a seal for less than $2.00. Thank you John for all your help, you truly went above and beyond.

If you are having transmission issues or just want to know what you are buying this is the place. I've saved myself thousands of dollars buy shopping here. Ive bought the same parts ive bought here online and was very disappointed. Prices are very reasonable. Great staff very fast and friendly and very knowledgeable about transmissions from fluid to a full rebuild
