I use WF as my own personal bank. They are very nice and friendly. Their loan officers are so knowledgeable about their products and make you feel covered when I leave. They have savings programs setup for adults and children. And they aren't hard to find.

My husband and I came in to this branch yesterday. I had some questions/concerns about my account. Betsy, the manager, was able to assist us. I just want to give Betsy the shoutout she deserves!! 10/10 customer service!!! She listened to us and helped get everything fixed! You’re doing a great job!!! Thank you for taking the time to listen and help us when it was a busy Saturday! And to top it off she reached out to me after my experience to make sure she did everything she could to make our experience great! That’s one of the first times I’ve had a manager reach out to me personally through email to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. So thank you for that!! It definitely goes above and beyond your traditional customer service experience!

We were turned away not once, but twice today from attempting to open a couple of deposit accounts at this branch. Both times both staff, who had no clients at the time, claimed to be waiting for appointments. Each time no one showed for the so called appointments within 15 minutes and both staff still refused to assist us.

How hard would it be to actually maintain your advertised business hours?

While a little slow with the wait, the workers are very friendly and accommodating. No issues with account and helpful with questions. Have patience? Then head to the branch.

Nobody asked for me to review, not even an automated Wells Fargo email. I’m writing this out of my own experience, and especially now after seeing some negatives.I came in spontaneously after attempting to open an account. I wasn’t able to online and prompted me to visit a branch. (I had an account 7-8 years ago so it was an identity verification type issue in my case). I walked in because I was closeby. The bankers were busy, but the teller informed me of appointment scheduling online. It made sense to me.. I literally walked in. So I sat down long enough to open up the scheduler. There were 3 available to choose from.As I picked an appointment time, a banker had finished up and asked if I was okay. I told him I was okay and scheduling a time slot for later and I’d come back in. Him and the other banker who overheard told me that the next appointment should be quick and they can try to squeeze me in if I have time to wait. That already set a good tone to me!Sure enough, Jonathan was able to assist 10 minutes later and we got everything sorted out. I was caught up on all things Wells Fargo and walked out with an account. We even got one opened up for my fiancé since Jonathan was efficient (and I did technically get the next time slot haha. I have no doubt that he would have helped regardless.)The whole time everyone kept busy, I do believe appointments are necessary. The bankers do spend time with clients and give their full attention, but they aren’t dragging on. They get it done!I had an excellent afternoon, and left in a better mood thanks to the friendliness of both bankers and tellers that day. Obviously YMMV and an appointment will be a necessity, but do know the staff here does enjoy what they do and want to help :)

GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH! I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years in multiple states. This is the first time I have entered a branch and been told they cannot help me. Crazy! Everything is appointment only, so it doesn't matter the emergency or your situation, they are happy to send to you to another location over 10 miles away. What does the branch manager do you ask? Help make an appointment, so another branch can do all the work. Why can't she do the work? nobody knows. Thanks for nothing.

This bank would benefit so much from having Tysha M. become part of the community. She is my favorite Wells Fargo employee and I recently moved making her location downtown harder for me to get to. Her moving to the Hermitage location would be great!!

Called Wells Fargo to get copies of documents/statements from a former account. They said I’d need to go to a branch. I went to this location, they gave me a phone # and said I need to call this # to get copies of documents. The runaround is all I’ve got at this point. I call the phone # they gave me and they told me I need to go into a branch, AGAIN. It’s like no one wants to do their job so they just keep pushing you around in circles with no one willing to help. Glad I found a better bank, but I spent 6 hrs after this visit, still being transferred around from person to person with no resolve. Such a nightmare to deal with. Not good banking at all. ??

I consistently here about and see the advertisements about deposits being available up to 2 days prior to payday and I have yet to experience that and when I called customer service the best she could do was repeat back to me their script of how deposits work. A little disappointed.

I've called this branch 10+ times and they've never answered a single call. Wells Fargo, please see the attached image of a telephone. You probably have a few of these at the bank. See how many you can find! For added fun, pick it up when it goes "ringa-linga-ling".

Drive thru is a joke. Customer satisfaction must not be considered at all!!!!
