Had trouble with the ATM, so I went inside to get help. Teller was welcoming, listened to my issue and solved it. It was quie a pleasant experience.

If I could give zero...Had an appointment to open business checking, walk in teller said I made the appointment for personal and that business would take to long. I explained I was there to open business...The teller was extremely rude and argument to me event as I was walking away, I told him I would go to a different branch with better customer service..Awful experience and I'm not even a customer.He don't know who I am, what kinda value my business deposit could added to that branch.

We had a really wonderful experience at the Green Hills location. Yudel, Carla, and the manager Jessica went above and beyond for us. When they didn’t know the answer they took the time to find the answers. It had been a stressful situation for my partner and I trying to set up a bank account for him and all three of these employees were so kind and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this location to others.

I have takin several checks here and never had an issue. Today I had a teller refuse to cash a check after calling the customer and getting it approved. The customer is now mad and myself thinks it was very unprofessional to waste both our times. I wouldn’t refer a single person to this bank. Green hills location. I was not treated very well. Iv heard of people saying Wells Fargo is to hard to deal with and now I see why.

Great bank until a few weeks ago when they fired all of the tellers and made the bankers do both jobs. Now it’s truly the worst bank I’ve ever been to- and I only go for my employer who banks there. God willing they will switch banks soon.

This bank is the worst. Nobody is able to do even the most basic task. After having flown to Dallas to be added to an account they were able to screw it up. I was overnighted the papers to sign in Nashville. I came here and nobody has the authority to do anything. They kept calling a help line. They were rude and elitist. They said I needed an appointment, but all four people in the bank were doing absolutely nothing. There was not a single person waiting. Move your money elsewhere fast!!!

The service is horrible here. I made an appointment and they did not honor it. If you need to meet with a banker, go to another location.

I go and try to deposit cash into my in-laws account that I am not on. They WILL NOT take cash since my name is not listed on the account. It's a policy. Why can't they check the cash and make sure it's not counterfeit, get my license, take my thumb print, whatever they need to cover themselves. It's freaking cash! The only thing they accept is a cashiers check. With no chance to win an argument over a Wells Fargo policy, I run to my bank and get a cashiers check. Now they say all the funds won't be available until the next day and doesn't tell me that until after I make the deposit. They needed it today! Of course now I can't get it back to get it to them some other way. Thanks Wells Fargo. Little annoying things like this is why I no longer bank with you. People, bank with a small institution. Go local when you can. Have a true relationship with your banker.

I walked in to do a one time wire transfer and Pradeep Kumar provided the most outstanding customer service I've ever received at a Wells Fargo. I wish I lived closer to this branch.

The new Service Manager Tania took care of my transaction, she is incredibly talented and nice, very strong customer service skills. Nice branch, everybody is friendly and respectful.
