We came here to close an account and Saba was very helpful and kind. This was also our first day in Nashville and she gave us advice regarding the city. Saba, you are AMAZING!

Came to the bank to get quarters seemingly a simple request. I have a personal account as well as business account with wells. Upon inquiring if I could get the change the teller at the counter who was too bothered to stop eating her lunch at the counter told me I couldn’t use my personal and would only give me change for the business account. Made me leave the location to go back to my business to get that account number in the rain only to go back and still have an attitude. Why is it that only businesses would need coins and god forbid I need quarters for my personal laundry. Teller was rude and dismissive and had no desire to help me even though I get quarters weekly from other branches across the country with no issues on my personal account. I now completely understand why this branch has a 3 star rating…

I've been banking with Wells Fargo since my parents signed up my account in high school. Using their business recently, their service in branch, on the phone, and online has been an absolute headache. My account was targeted for fraud, not only were the employees in branch not able to help me, but they deadnamed me the entire time and used the wrong pronouns even after I corrected them. The employee I spoke to on the phone, while nice, recorded my responses incorrectly which then made the fraud department deny my claim. The other employees in claims I had to speak with basically pushed me off saying they couldn't do anything and didn't offer me other options. The new banking system rules around physical money is also destructive to anyone who is in the service industry, anyone who is in poverty and anyone else who relies on cash to live. I tried this branch to exchange coins for cash/deposit but they only accept complete coin rolls and will not take anything else. I tried calling two other branches to check their location services but no one ever answered the phone and the line automatically disconnects after 5min anyway. Absolute waste of time. I'm having an increasingly difficult time with this bank, I recommend going elsewhere with your money. One that has perks with flyer miles or hotel stays or something.

I literally cannot stand Wells Fargo. They have terrible customer service, too few tellers to do anything other than waste customers time, and nuisance fees are their actual signature. (Well nuisance fees and illegally opening accounts and charging customers for them...) 10/10 would recommend anywhere else over this.

Drove from Louisville to get a check endorsement and the branch manager and staff helped resolved the issue, explained what was required and we were in and out fairly quick. It was a great experience, only detail to look for is parking but there is a public parking across the steet.

I do not need to go to the bank but I CHOOSE to because of the customer service. Tysha is fantastic & one of my favorite people iv met since moving to Nashville & Chandler was lovely & so helpful to work with. Even if I move from downtown I’ll still come to this location. Cheers to y’all!

I do not bank with wells however I called to get some questions answered and the manager I believe her name was tisha was so pleasant. I was in town and needed help she answered all that I needed, if I had all my documentation I had intent on opening and account with her based off of the interaction. The customer service was amazing, she had a beautiful smile and don’t worry I’ll be relocating and banking with you all.

Dealt with the bank manager. After she got done lecturing another customer and was uncomfortably rude to him. She proceeded to try and treat me the same way. VERY argumentative and condescending. I’ve been with wellsfargo for 20 years will be closing my account after this experience. Bank managers have always been there to help, this lady seemed to enjoy telling people no and enjoys confrontation. Then continued on after the conversation was over that she knew people at my work and would mention our experience to them as a threat.. will never go back
