Wouldn’t swap big bills for small bills for a local business a few blocks from them. Having to have an account to trade bills is ridiculous. Doesn’t surprise me tho, big corporate banks like this never support the little guys.

This is arguably the worst bank ever. They've been holding $3.6k of my money for 2 months now. They say there's a cashier's check in the mail. The fraud prevention department says I should be able to have a new check printed at a bank location but when I show up they say they can't help me. And I keep getting jerked around and no one will give me my money back. I get a different run around depending on the location I go to.And another thing, I've never used a bank with such a hard on for appointments! They take absolutely no walk-ins. They regularly only have 2 people working who are both ONLY doing appointments so if you walk in for so much as a withdraw you could wait over an hour! Absolutely ridiculous.Serious lack of communication and training for the "bankers".After this experience I've closed all my accounts and moved to smaller more customer friendly local banks.Do better Wells Fargo!

This is a very convenient location. I just wish that you all would have more than 1 teller person working. There have been people like me and others having to wait at least 30 minutes to be serviced. I feel that it needs to be at least 2 tellers at this location.

Was a very great experience. I was able to do what I came for and more. The place us very clean, staff is wonderful, and as I've learned they do have 24 Hour ATMs (You have you insert your card next to the door to open the door and access it) through the main/back entrance I hope this review helps Wells Fargo as the only other review is of a misunderstanding.

This place is more open yet. Do they have large “OPEN” signs on the front and back? Yes. Are the lights on like a normal (open) business would have them? Yes. Are there celebratory balloons announcing the opening? Yes. Do they loudly announce 24 hour access to an ATM on their signs? Yes. But don’t be fooled - the place is not open yet and you can’t access the ATMs.
