The lady Told me they won't touch lg brand phones. So much for their add we fix phones?All I needed was my charging port tight end down. I'm old can't see good anymore to do it myself. So I won't be returning to batteries? plus anytime soon.

Took my iPhone 6Plus in for battery replacement since my original was not holding a charge for very long, i.e. a 100% charge would be used up within 2 hours of coming off the charger. The "New" battery installed at Batteries Plus seemed to work okay at first. A full charge would give me maybe 6 hours of use (and i do not use a lot of apps at once) however within a few weeks the Batteries Plus iPhone battery was just as poor as the old original battery that shipped from Apple even though the battery health info shows it to be okay! Not really thrilled with this outcome! :(

There is nowhere else I'd rather go for the services they offer. I had my iphone 7 Plus repaired and they offered me a chair and something to drink while I waited. Not only was their kindness above and beyond but their prices are lower than the competition. Making an appointment online was easy and took less than a minute.
