Dr. Day removed a cyst from my scalp today. The office visit was quick yet appropriate as far as time goes. I’m a new patient and he took the time to get to know me. He explained what he was doing with a great mix of professionalism and humor. Unfortunately for me, I get these cysts regularly, and in the event of getting another one I’ll certainly be calling him.The staff was very kind, and the facilities were clean and modern. I highly recommend this physician and the facilities.

Don’t feel he was thorough enough. No light was used to check my body and no scalp . Basically looked from several feet away.

I had been let go for too long by other dermatologists here in Tennessee. Dr. Day and Lauren discovered so many spots to mention that I felt were there but they found also and are fixing..theres not a whole lot worse than the anxiety of previous doctors not listening..I feel that is behind me and now I found Dr Day..Bonnie Lee Lewis

Dr Day is an honest doctor, but he doesn't know what he's doing and I don't get the impression he cares out all about his patients concerns. Anytime I've asked him a skin care question he couldn't answer it. I tried to ask him a question about what SPF to use and which ingredients were necessary to protect my skin condition from getting worse and he told me to ask the front desk lady next door at the lazer center. Bro, you're the doctor and I'm paying to get your expertise not someone who didn't go to medical school and works at a front desk. WTF! His nurse also never returns messages that I've left for him at all. I called multiple times with questions for him because he has a way of never giving you all or really any of the information you need about how to use a treatment and I never got a call back ever. I must have left 5 or 6 messages on different days and I never got a call back. The staff at the front desk is also super rude. All around this is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to and I live in Nashville, home of the worst doctors in America.

I was a patient at this practice for several years, maybe had half a dozen appointments and they were always with a female NP who was just fine, I never actually met the doctor. Now I've moved to another state and I called the office to get my records. The lady on the phone told me they were in storage and they would have to retrieve them, it might take a while. No problem, I understand. So imagine my surprise when i got them in the mail in less than a week. I can't speak to Dr. Day's competence, but everyone else there has always been great!
